The Vets and staff at Downtown Animal hospital are loving and caring to my cat Oliver Twist. He isn't always the best patient, but they are so kind to him, that the visit always goes well. Oliver has had some real issues lately, and I feel like the staff hears my concerns and helps him.

I highly recommend Downtown Animal Hospital for anyone seeking exceptional care for their pets. The attention and expertise they provide for my cats is unmatched. They always listen carefully to my concerns and have been an incredible support in managing the needs of my three very demanding cats. I have complete trust in Dr. Garrity and her outstanding team.

We are travelers on Assignment. I contacted several vets before deciding to visit Downtown Animal Hospital.We have two energetic anti social Morkies (1 Yea old Piper & Paisley). The staff ( technician and assistant) knew how to handle our puppies with loving care. Dr. Garrity was kind, gentle and and warming. She was open and very helpful. Beside the professional care of our pets she was personable. Some vets always try to upsell thier services and get you to buy additional supplies, medication or treatment. She DID NOT do such a thing. We actually saved more money coming to see Dr. Garrity. The day after our puppies visit Dr. Garrity called to check on them. Now this is great and valuable customer service that shouldn't go unnoticed. I HIGHLY recommend going to THE DOWNTOWN ANIMAL HOSPITAL. Sincerely, Piper & Paisley

Dr Pinkston took excellent care of my Chinese Crested! He has digestive issues... but he was much better after seeing her and the friendly staff! It was an emergency visit and I had never been there before but they treated me like family!

A friend of ours highly recommended your clinic, and we have had nothing but great experiences in the 8 years we’ve been a client. If I could change anything it would be for the clinic to offer in-home care. Our Rosie is terrified of traveling—she’s terrified of anything that happens outside of our apartment. Thunder too. We’re wondering if she might respond better to in-home visits.
