Dr. Bolton and her team are phenomenal. You can tell that everyone there really does love & understand cats and their quirks. We have brought both of our kitties in for unusual behavior/symptoms and they are super quick to respond, always happy to take a look at pictures over email, and great about following up after the visit to see how our kitties’ symptoms improved. I will say that their prices are definitely on the higher end (at least compared to our last vet). To us, though, it’s worth every penny to have a caring, knowledgeable, responsive team that we fully trust.

Care received for our two cats was thorough, however throughout both regular annual preventative care and treatment of a health issue, the Cat Hospital lacked transparency and in our opinion deliberately obfuscated the very high costs (about $7,000 in total) that wound up being incurred. Very disappointed and will not be returning, if you want an upfront, honest, and reasonably priced vet, then look elsewhere. If the federal No Surprises Act passed in 2020 applied not only to human healthcare but also to veterinary care, their handling of my case would have been illegal.
