The team here are amazing. We had to make a difficult decision to euthanize a pet and we were so well taken care of. From giving us clear information of what our options were, walking us through the process and even lighting a candle in the lobby to let others know that someone was loosing a pet. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience during a rough time.

Online reviews for The Cat Clinic of Northwest Arkansas present a mixed picture of customer experiences. One review highlights the exceptional care provided during a difficult time. This client recounts the compassionate and supportive approach of our team when they had to make the heart-wrenching decision to euthanize a beloved pet. They specifically praised the clear information provided regarding their options, the sensitive guidance through the process, and even a thoughtful gesture of lighting a candle in the lobby to respectfully acknowledge their loss. This reviewer felt incredibly well-cared for during a very challenging experience, emphasizing the empathy and understanding of our team.
However, another review expresses significant dissatisfaction with the customer service received. This client recounts a frustrating experience regarding the acceptance of Pet Assure cards. They claim to have inquired multiple times during the appointment booking process and were assured that Pet Assure cards were accepted. However, upon their husband taking their cat to the appointment, the clinic allegedly denied the Pet Assure card and refused to honor the discount. The reviewer also states that The Cat Clinic of Northwest Arkansas is listed as a participating organization for Pet Assure, suggesting a discrepancy in their policy. This client felt poorly treated, their time was wasted, and they expressed concern about potential deceptive practices. Furthermore, this reviewer mentioned reading numerous 1-3 star reviews referencing poor treatment of animals, which raises a serious concern, although these reviews were not provided for verification in the given information.
Given these contrasting reviews, it is important for local users to consider both perspectives when evaluating The Cat Clinic of Northwest Arkansas as their chosen Pet Hospital for their feline companions. While one client experienced exceptional compassion during a sensitive time, another reported significant issues with customer service and policy adherence.

Apr 23, 2025 · CJ TaborThe worst costumer service I have encountered in North West Arkansas. I asked numerous times when making the appointment if they accept Pet Assure cards, and I was assured they did. When my husband took our cat for his appointment, they denied the Pet Assure cards and said they wouldn’t honor the discount. As you can see in the picture, they are listed as a participating organization. They should honor the agreement. I’m fairly certain they are trying their best to scam people out of their money. They treated my husband poorly, and wasted his time. After this experience and reading the countless 1-3 star reviews referencing poor treatment of animals, I don’t know why anyone would go near this place.
Feb 07, 2025 · Lane HumeI have been using this clinic for a few years and our cats are definitely our problem children and of course i’m a worry wart but man this office and the staff i have never had any issues at all I absolutely love the kindness of the staff and doctor and how they care for my sweet ones weather it’s just an appointment or an emergency (9/10 unfortunately is an emergency) lol! Thank you to you and your team!
Mar 20, 2025 · Errin SlinkardAbsolutely LOVE this place. Dr. Rose knows cats. I drive an hour, just to bring both my cats here. It's worth every moment of my time, and every cent in gas. They listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and give your kitty top notch care. 100/10 would recommend 🐾❤️
Jul 20, 2023 · Tia MarieBeen going here for 20 years! Dr. Rose and her staff are great! And not to mention all the extra help in the form of roaming cats, like Princess, Muffin, Badger, and Snoopy the parrot! Great vet that takes great care of your cat(s)!
