I have been taking my dogs to tender touch for many years. I really loved how they treated my animals which are a huge part of my family. At some point a few years ago they informed me that they would not be refilling my dog Guss's food prescription because he hadn't been in for a check up. I had no problem taking him in for said checkup, it was they way that they said it. They were very rude and I didn't feel like they really cared about my dog who needed special food in order to live. I in turn informed them that it was rude the way they spoke to me and would not return. Now my 5 year old Rottweiler is very sick I called tender touch in hopes that they could see her since for 15 years I had been a very faithful patient of theirs. The office manager called to inform me that my pets were no longer welcome at their office. I have spent probably about $10,000 or more dollars at tender touch in the years I have been taking my pets. I got a big fat no! So compassionate and caring, right? I think not! Dr Monica is a great vet i think she just hires very bad people to work in her office! Thank you for your response, unfortunately none of what you said held any truth to it. That is absolutely fine, like I said Dr. Monica is an outstanding vet but unfortunately some of her staff members are not outstanding. I was not dissatisfied with the outcome from the poulsbo emergency vets. They were absolutely amazing and very kind and compassionate toward my beloved pet. I was looking for an alternative to taking her back because they are for emergencies and after hours.

This suggests a caring and attentive environment where pets are treated with kindness from the moment they arrive. Such a welcoming atmosphere can significantly ease anxiety for both pets and their owners during veterinary visits.

While one older review expresses dissatisfaction with the perceived rudeness of the staff and a feeling of not being cared for, it's important to consider the context of individual experiences. However, the contrasting negative review raises concerns about staff communication and customer service in certain situations. While this seems to be an isolated incident based on the limited information, it's a point potential clients might want to keep in mind and perhaps discuss with the hospital during their initial contact to understand their approach to client communication and conflict resolution.

Being new to the area, people in our neighborhood highly recommend this veterinarian hospital. The front desk staff at Tender Touch Animal Hospital was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They played with my dog Rolo and made him comfortable. They asked questions about his past and present health problems, condition, and if he had any current health issues I wanted to address. They were on time with his appointment and were very efficient. They didn’t try to push product on us, they didn’t try to upsell anything whatsoever. I really had a wonderful experience and making this our veterinarian Hospital of choice.

Super awesome animal hospital, they were extremely kind and explained everything thoroughly. They were able to schedule us super quick, and they were very descriptive during the process. Best vet visit yet.

Everyone is really lovely here. They are great about getting you in quickly when needed and keeping you updated every step of the way. My pup is not great with strangers but quickly loved every person she's interacted with here. They even let her sit with them on their lunch break or while she's waiting for me to pick her up, instead of having her wait in a kennel. Best vet experiences (there's been quite a few now) that I've had in my pet's lifetime.

Update as you can see Ann Marie upset because I left a review this place is poorly managed Anne-Marie is trying to intimidate customers to bend to her will when she does not something ! as you can see in past negative reviews. They’re very argumentative. I highly do not recommend this veterinarian office. Dr. Monica is one of the most laziest veterinarians I’ve met Where to begin…. So during Covid when I took my dog in for a veterinarian visit, people were not allowed in only the animals so when I went to go pick up my dog, I was told to provide my credit card information over the phone, but then the front desk lady said wait let me come grab it, So she Came out and took my card and then went inside and I didn’t think anything about it….but then the next day Check my bank account my money was missing and there were multiple charges, I knew it was them immediately cause that was the only place I used my card that day. When I contacted the manger they apologized and ask me not to tell anyone. What I noticed about this office is they have a high turnover, I’ve heard from the front desk is they do not pay their front desk well enough and don’t treat their front well (I spoke to previous staff meme er) so I can see why they tempted to steal credit card information Second incident: My dog needed to get eyelid surgery, They sent me to a specialist and I was so shocked how much it was going to cost. I went back to talk to Monica expressed how I cannot afford that and she said she would be happily to do it at a discount, so I trusted her. Lo and behold the surgery did not fix my dogs eye and so I had to pay another thousand dollars to Dr. Monica to fix it. Did it fix it? No, it did not. It’s actually making my eyes worse. And no way they told me that it could not work if I knew that was the case I would’ve took in my dog to the specialist and paid the pretty penny because I paid well over what the specialist quoted me. Third incident, my other dog is having skin issues. I have brought her in at least five times regarding the matter every time I come in Dr. Monica will look at her paw when it’s not even that paw and they look she’s doing great and then I have to remind her. It’s the other paw. The staff Will make excuses that she’s a very busy woman then why is she taking my dogs in as a patient? They also expressed that they’re the only self own office in Kingston, and they will bash the other offices. Fourth incident : when I expressed my concerns how I feel like Dr. Monica doesn’t care about my dogs. They have their assistant come up and cry my face because she’s upset about me expressing my concerns. I don’t feel like I’m being heard or my dogs are being taken care of the guilt trip is unbelievable with this office. I really wanted to give this veterinarian office a chance to fix the issues I’ve had with them, but it just seems like we’re going in circles and I’ve had enough. I’m switching veterinary office. Also when I asked for my records to be sent the emailed my new office that they have been seen there not even sending the records, I had to call them and chew them out for them to send the records. I would not trust them with your pets or with your wallet because they’re gonna try to milk dry! Also read all the negative yelp reviews I’m not the only victim of there’s
