Our first time being back in this room. Much more spacious with our two babies. As usual, they got us right in. They worked with us before we got them in and helped us care for them while remaining in our budget and scheduling their upcoming. Always ensuring the pups health are upmost important. Everyone was sweet and loved the dogs. Never had hope be so happy to go to the vet and our pup loves them although she's a bit more ancy since last time with shots and blood draw. Lol Dr Susanna is the #1 VET I RECOMMEND AND TRUST!! Absolutely love her and she truly loves and cares for our furry family. Thankful for this place. God sent. For sure.

Thank you to the TLC team for taking care of our animals the last 9.5 years. We had to put our dog down this week and staff gave us space and treated us with kindness and compassion. Always recommend them. They have hard jobs, I’m grateful for their dedication to a very difficult field.

Tender Loving Care has the best vet around. Dr. Aldridge is the sweetest most informative vet. They fit us in within an hour when my pup chipped his tooth. They also let us see our other pups ear infection under the microscope. All the vet techs treated our pups so very good. We will go here for as long as we can.

Recently my experience has gone downhill drastically. They lack communication that is consistent. I brought my cat Simba in for an appointment on July 18th to figure out why he's losing weight. I was told to bring in a stool sample and that I could bring it in on the 19th or 21st of July as that's when the technician would be in. They were closed both of those days, they had a sign on the front of building that they would be closed the 25th to 30th of July yet were closed from the 19th to the 30th. (1st inconsistent communication) I spent over 3 hours on both days trying get a hold of somebody and got no response. (Second inconsistent communication) Then they tell me to bring a stool sample on the 1st of August. I call to confirm there's going to be a technician there to receive the sample and I'm told anyone can take it. (3rd inconsistent communication) it's now the 10th of August and I've yet to hear anything back. This is beyond ridiculous to tell a patient one thing and then it's another on top of me waiting for almost a month at this point for a stool sample to figure out why my cat keeps losing weight. They've seriously dropped the ball and I will be switching veterinarians to a vet who can ACTUALLY COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY.

Mary Lou ate a staple they keep her there all day to try and get her to pass it. But couldn't looked hard to find the right place to send me for her extra care. She passed it and is doing good. Thanks your team always does a five star ⭐ job.
