From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm and friendly staff who truly care about both pets and their owners. The level of compassion and professionalism they show is unmatched. The vets and vet techs here are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also take the time to explain every detail of your pet’s care, ensuring you fully understand treatment options and preventive care. They are patient, thorough, and always willing to answer any questions, making what could be a stressful experience much more manageable. The clinic itself is spotless, well-organized, and welcoming. Sycamore Animal Hospital is the very best. I've been going there for almost 6 years. The staff are great as are the vets, Dr Sokolof in particular. I feel confident that my pooch is getting the best care possible.

We love Sycamore Animal Clinic! They are friendly, knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and experienced. From routine care to emergency visits and surgeries, they have it handled, or they can recommend an array of specialists. They would tell You that they love caring for animals, but I can attest that they care just as much about people. I should add that they do what they can to keep prices affordable, especially for routine care. In my experience, they will not put an animal through unneccessary treatments or surgeries just to make money. That says a lot about their characters and motivations. Please remember, if they are ever running behind it likely means that someone and their beloved pet are having a bad day. The world is a better place for having this miracle in Mint Hill!!

As soon as you walk in the door, you can tell that the staff at Sycamore are animal lovers. They are competent and professional, for sure, but you are greeted like family. Our 2 year old golden retriever never stopped wagging her tail. Dr. Sokoloff managed to put her at ease during the exam, getting down on her level, and carrying on a conversation with her like an old friend. Dr. Sokoloff was thorough and took time to explain and reassure us. Thank you all -

Sycamore Animal Clinic it’s absolutely wonderful. The staff are great and responsive and our dogs (and cat) love to go there. I would highly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets.
