Sweet Dreams In-Home Pet Euthanasia

It's been 1 1/2 years, but I feel compelled to post a review about this amazing place and the wonderful, caring people who work there. One morning, our old, sweet dog started having mini strokes. My husband and I are disabled and our pup was too heavy for us to lift. Our vet recommended Sweet Dreams, and the doctor and assistant came to our house that afternoon. They were wonderful. We will call them again when the time comes. If we lived closer, we would attend the final hearing regarding a property dispute with their neighbor. I pray that the Lord will soften this woman's heart so that she will stop this nonsense and allow these wonderful people to continue to provide the loving and caring services to those of us who love our fur babies as our children. I bet she has no pets.

The kindness and compassion that we received from Sweet Dreams during our worst day will never be lost on us. Our experience with Dr. Akin and Kendra helped put us at ease. They were so patient and allowed us all of the time we needed with our sweet puppy Faith before we said goodbye. She was less than two years old with kidney failure so the loss was really difficult. Dr. Akin and Kendra sat with us, spoke to Faith as if she was their own, and loved on her. We are forever grateful to you both and Sweet Dreams for your professionalism and kindness.

I had to let my yellow lab Cooper (16.5 years old) go at the beginning of December 2024 one of the hardest days ever but very thankful for the Sweet Dreams team Dr. Quinlan and Mary for making such a hard, painful time into as peaceful of a passing as something like this can be. My family was all there including my 8 year old son and my 4 other dogs and they all got to say their goodbyes to my sweet Cooper in one of his favorite places. While I miss him so much and it took me a little while to write this I am so thankful for the team at Sweet Dreams they are truly amazing from the time you make the call to returning his ashes to my vet. Thank you Sweet Dreams you'll are a A+ organization and can't thank you enough.

I’ve had my girl since I was 17. I’m 32 now and we had to say goodbye last week. Sweet Dreams made the most impossible process less impossible. We were surrounded by compassion the moment I had to make that awful phone call. They were patient as I took my time to say our final goodbyes. Thank you for treating my best girl with tenderness (and myself). I got the most beautiful folder full of documents on where to find support, beautiful poems. The compassion is outstanding here. When she was ready for pickup, they asked me about her. Allowing me space to grieve and keep her memory alive. Although I wish I had never needed their services (as many of these reviews start), I could not have asked for a better experience with this company and the staff. Archer was my first dog, so this was the first time I had to venture down this path. Their website armed me with pretty much all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. It was still hard to actually pick up the phone and make that call today though. Dr. Bailey was calm, patient, and comforting while waiting for me to be able to regain my composure (which I lost the moment she answered). She answered all of my questions and got us on the schedule. When Dr. Sutphin and Destiny showed up later in the day, the amount of care and compassion they put into everything they did was nothing short of amazing. They gave my pup so much love. They showed a genuine interest in him, and asked so many questions about his life, and it all helped put us at ease and allowed the process to be at least a little easier. They told us what they were doing every step of the way, and gave us plenty of time at various points to just love on him and say our goodbyes without ever making us feel rushed. Thank you.
