I brought in my eleven-year-old Tonkinese cat in for a dental cleaning on January 15th, 2025. Upon arrival I was told they couldn’t find her vaccination records and she needed to be vaccinated in order for them to continue with the procedure. I agreed, wanting to do the best for my cat. Four hours later I received a call asking if I wanted them to continue CPR. Minutes later I received another call informing me that my cat passed away. Eight days afterwards I collected her ashes and asked for an itemized receipt as well as a complete report of what happened. They administered the (FVRCP & RV) vaccination immediately post operation. I was told she died from an allergic reaction to the vaccinations. I will be contacting a lawyer. Front desk had the audacity to be rude over the phone. Do not trust these people with your babies.

This customer expressed severe dissatisfaction with the clinic's handling of the situation, the communication received, and intends to pursue legal action.
In contrast, another customer shared a positive experience, highlighting the care provided by Dr. B for their dogs, including one with a serious diagnosis and a new puppy. This reviewer praised the doctor's attentiveness, the helpfulness of the staff in answering questions, and offered a strong recommendation for the clinic.

Feb 01, 2025 · Bree OhlWhen our vet closed we needed a new place to take care of our dogs. We have a big girl who got a diagnosis we didn't expect and we have been so happy with how Dr B has been with her. He's also been fantastic with our newest little addition too. And I'm sure they will be great when our boy has to go. Everyone we have come in contact with has been so nice and they all take time to answer questions. I highly recommend!
Oct 18, 2024 · Andrea AycockWow! I'm blown away at how wonderful this clinic is. The staff is very approachable and nice. Dr. Birmingham has an amazing way with animals, the vibe is exactly what my dog needs! They are very thorough, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them to care for your babies. Wish I had gone sooner!
