Got home late Easter Sunday and my kitty was walking and acting weird. I, thankfully, have never had to deal with what I considered an emergency and was really scared. The whole experience was flawless. From the first phone call asking for their opinion to picking her up to calling with questions the next day. Everyone treated me so well and LOVED my Panda girl. Every time I saw her a new nurse/doctor was holding her in a blanket loving on her. We call her bright-eyed Pambi. Also, it was pricy, but not as much as I thought it would be and they gave me meds for the duration of her injury. Thank you everyone who helped me and Panda!

Our puppy had a catastrophic accident and the staff at the facility were extremely kind to us during this difficult time for us. They kept our sweet pup as comfortable as possible to the very end. They did everything they could for her, and gave us every option they could. We were given options to be with her or not. How to take her home for burial or cremation and they gave us prints to remember her by. I’ll always be grateful for how they handled our situation. The tech, I believe her name was Mckenna, was an angel herself. Waiting times were a bit long but this place was extremely busy. So I feel like they were fair for how much traffic was there that night. I would highly recommend this clinic.

They looked down on us because they didn't think we have money. Asked about 10 times if he had enough to do this and that. My boyfriend flew our kitten there after work so he was still in his work clothes. So he looked a mess. They cared more about money then our Animal. They gave our Kitten pain medicine while out of our sight, when we got him back he was barley able to move, couldn't walk hold his head up or anything. Over night his heart rate slowed down and we rushed him to his vet were he passed away.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! If your furry baby needs medical attention asap I highly recommend seeing someone else, my dog was not treated I ended up having to patch him myself. Staff was rude and not understanding :(
