I’ve brought my personal cats and foster kitties here since I became a cat mom, and Dr Holly knocks it out of the park every time. She is so kind and compassionate and knowledgeable. I always know my kiddos will be in great hands! They are absolutely dedicated to figuring out problems that arise, and they are gentle and patient with stressed out kitties. I have complete confidence and faith in them!!

First time dog/Husky owner. Clueless on just how dramatic they actually are. My guy cried n screamed bloody murder, over simply getting his nails clipped;🤯 completely freaking out and greatly upsetting this protective, inexperienced doggy Momma. Thank goodness the staff was so very kind, understanding and patient with my reaction-as absolutely embarrassing as it was. I'm truly appreciative and seriously grateful to Stanton for their reasonability, straight across the board. Everything is so outrageously expensive these days. Thank goodness the folks at Stanton are knowledgeable and helpful in so very, very many ways! May God shine His face upon these folks and fully bless them.

If you are looking for a group of physicians that go above and beyond to take care of your fur-baby without overcharging you, then you have come to the right place! They are an amazing group of people from the front desk, all the way to the Doctor's! Thank you so much for being so amazing!

When I arrived at Stanton Animal Hospital for Stormy’s spay and vaccinations, the place was already overwhelmed—this was first thing in the morning, around 8 or 9 a.m. There were only two people at the front desk, clearly overworked and more focused on collecting payments than acknowledging clients walking in, even though everyone—including myself—had scheduled appointments. It was chaotic and felt rushed from the start. They acted like I was a walk-in despite having made this appointment over a week in advance. Stormy was calm and cooperative. When they mentioned the leukemia shot and said it was “really needed,” I hesitated but agreed, even though I wasn’t convinced it was necessary. I would hate for her to get sick, of course—but it felt like an upsell. After dropping her off, they told me to call at noon. I was on hold for 15 minutes before someone finally answered. I was told she was waking up and doing fine and could be picked up around 2 or 3 p.m. I showed up to pick her up and again had to wait for anyone to acknowledge me. Once they brought Stormy out, I was told to wait for the doctor to come speak with me—Stormy was clearly uncomfortable and distressed from the procedure, dogs were barking everywhere, and I was standing awkwardly in the hallway with her in my arms for 10 minutes just waiting. That’s when I found out they had used non-dissolving sutures and I’d have to bring her back to have them removed. That means another visit, more stress for her, and likely another charge. Why wouldn’t they just use dissolving sutures like most clinics do? It felt like a tactic to get me back in the door for another transaction. Then they tried to sell me a $40 shot right as I was trying to leave. No thanks. To top it off, I still hadn’t seen a bill. I had Stormy in my arms and couldn’t make a payment right then, and I asked if they could send an invoice. They said okay—but even that felt like an afterthought. How do they expect people to juggle a recovering pet and a credit card reader at the same time? Later that evening, I got the bill and was stunned—nearly $400. I had no idea it would cost that much. Nobody prepared me for that price. I was expecting to pay maybe $100–150, tops. I’ve had strays fixed through the Humane Society before, and they did everything—spay, rabies vaccine, all immunizations—for free. They even picked the cats up and brought them back to my doorstep afterward. It was seamless and professional. This was the complete opposite. And to make matters worse, the manager was not on site at the time of my visit—apparently left around or before 3 p.m.—and I couldn’t speak with anyone about my concerns before leaving. When I called later from home, I spoke with two different staff members who ultimately told me the manager was still unavailable and couldn’t assist. No resolution was offered. Instead, they sent me a link to pay $100 and told me the manager would call me today. As of now, I still haven’t received that call. I don’t plan to return. I’m frustrated, disappointed, and honestly a little heartbroken that Stormy’s first experience at the vet went like this. I really want to support local Fayetteville businesses, but this performance was unsatisfactory and I do not recommend. Please improve.

The best animal hospital there is. I have two cats and a pug. One cat is an angel, the other is, well, difficult. Instead of having hesitancies to work with him they absolutely adore the little gremlin. They are also amazing at working with you if you have an emergency. The first time we ever called them it was because our cat was experiencing a UTI and his regular vet was booked. They were able to see him IMMEDIATELY and help him get healthy again. The staff are truly some amazing people and I recommend anyone in NWA to take their pets here!!
