After reading all the great reviews for this vet clinic I decided it would be a good place to bring my kitten for her first appointment, after hearing this was my first time bringing a pet to any vet they decided to take advantage of my naivety and began offering a bunch of tests and medicines my cat didn't actually need racking up the bill to the point that I had to ask them to cancel the tests and medicines my kitten actually needed urgently. They also had me sign a paper that stated at the bottom that I could use a payment plan but was then told I had to pay upon completion of services. I would NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone unless they want to waste their money.

Dr. Lisa is so kind. She leverages empathy with practicality when treating her patients, and it is very much appreciate since my dog is older and requires a lot of maintenance to live her best life. The office staff are all so sweet. At this point they know my phone number and we are on a first-name basis. The vet techs provide the necessary cuddle time to get the shots and the uncomfortable part of treatments out of Laci and, while she still hates the idea of going to the vet, she just can't help herself and her snuggles once she is in the door. We have had everything from shots, to dental work to full abdominal surgery. In truth, I don't know what I would have done without this vet and all the wonderful staff that work there.

My first visit, routine check-up. Everyone was kind and welcoming. And they even called the next day to follow up after my kitty had his rabies shot.

Our almost 16 year old pup was unable to walk on his right hind leg on Wednesday. A friend recommended St. Francis and they were able to get me in quickly. Everyone was just wonderful! Julia, the woman I spoke to on the phone was so caring. The tech that first examined Mikko was amazing. Dr. Lisa was very thorough in her examination and able to diagnose his problem right away. Thank you all!!

Wonderful doctor and staff. My senior cat did not respond well to the shot and medicine given to him and they said to bring him right back in. We did and the veterinarian stopped everything and looked him over. He will be ok but the doctor and staff were very concerned, compassionate and knowledgeable. Thank you St. Francis!
