They always took the time to answer all your questions & concerns professionally, and Never rush you. We brought our Search & Rescue dog there as a Pup which continued for 11 years, up until the day he passed. There was nothing but care & compassion from the Entire Group @ St Francis, even during that his last difficult days. We recently brought our new Puppy there, who also will be a Search & Rescue dog, without hesitation. We recommend and trust St. Francis wholeheartedly, you won't be disappointed.

As a first time pet parent, I had all my questions answered & received good guidance on nutrition and exercise. Dr Drum performed a surgery that was both successful & reasonably priced. The scheduling app is helpful & they text!

Dr. O’Connor explains everything to me in detail and makes sure I understand Bella’s healthcare options. Her tech’s are very informative as well as having the ability to calm my dog down when she is nervous. I am always greeted with a smile when I walk in the door.
