Don’t go here! Had the most horrible experience today with our rescue dog. They knew he had high anxiety and showed no kindness, patience or friendliness towards him. No interaction with him or us or introduction of who they were. They treated Bernie terrible and because I was upset one of the staff yelled and cursed at me and kept coming back and yelling more. I can’t imagine what our poor guy thought was happening to him. I would give negative 100 stars if I could. In response to the owner I had 2 people with me that witnessed your staff member’s behavior. She yelled at us from when she entered the room when we were petting Bernie and never identified herself. I see other reviews stating your staff yelled at them also. When I made the appointment I was not told to pick up anti anxiety drugs to give Bernie before the visit. When instructed yesterday to do so we followed the directions and brought him back when told to.

I have never wrote an online review but this veterinary hospital is phenomenal and absolutely deserves the recognition. They did a tremendous job on the remodel but more importantly the staff here and Dr. Mann truly are amazing, compassionate and just all around wonderful. My four-year-old dog Harley came down with Lepto, even though she was vaccinated. It's heartbreaking enough when your best friend is sick & even harder knowing there is little you can do to help. Harley is not just my baby she's my best friend,she is an angel. There's something just so special about her, she deserved the best care possible. As they say "not all heroes where capes," well Dr. Mann is absolutely a hero. She received around-the-clock care. Dr. Mann also discovered she had an underlying condition, this played a big factor in her being so ill, which he currently helps us manage to date. I came so Close to losing my baby so I will be eternally grateful to Dr. Mann and his truly amazing staff. When Harley went back for a check up, one of the technicians said you're family now, and that's exactly how we feel! We now bring 3 dogs there regularly. So if you are looking to provide the best possible care for your pet, well stop looking... I promise you'll be in great hands with Dr Mann and his team. I know this is a long review but Dr. Mann is a saint and he and his staff deserve every bit of recognition. 😘

We have been taking our 4 year old golden retriever to Springfield Vet for quite sometime now. We have visited 4 other Vets in the area and find Springfield Vet to be the best. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and caring. Dr Mann is someone we trust and feel comfortable taking our dog to. He truly cares about our dog which makes Springfield Vet our first choice. We highly recommend Springfield Vet!

From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making both me and my furry friend feel comfortable. The clinic was clean and well-organized, which added to my confidence in their services. I can't say enough about how wonderful this vet office is. Dr. Mann and his staff are so kind and compassionate, and they truly care about the work they do. I brought my dog in for a dental cleaning, and they did a fantastic job. It was our first time there and we felt very welcomed. They were very thorough and explained everything before the procedure was done. I am very happy to say we will be returning for future care. I highly recommend Dr. Mann and his team.
