Ridiculous that this is the only spot to get discount vaccine for pets and only ONCE A MONTH. The line is over a mile long and they don't do appts. This side of PG Co. always get the short end of the stick and both husband and I are disabled, so we really don't have any other options. We arrive 25mins earlier and the line was already 1 mile from the entrance. Something has to be done better. SMDH

I was walking my dog in the park after hours and a little miniature bull terrier came up to us, with no collar or leash. I could tell the little dog was well cared for and called the SPCA for guidance. I was directed to take the dog home and someone from their staff would come to my home that evening and pick up the dog. The person was not certain of the exact pick up time but the dog would get picked up. About an hour went by and I received a call that the owner had called to see if anyone had reported finding the dog. To make a long story short, the owner was a neighbor, stopped by my house and retrieved his beautiful little dog. Just a reminder of how grateful I am that we have a centralized resource to help us with all facets of animal care in the county.

The staff were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. My pet was taken great care of and they even diagnosed a problem that we had no idea about.

Outstanding place , wish they was open every day. Step your game up PG County and put these guys in a new building. Some people not that fortunate to pay those vet prices

My mom and I took our cats here to get fixed and their shots. They were so wonderful! This was about 10 years ago (feels like yesterday) when we fostered. I have friends and family members who’ve come here since that say they’re still amazing! It’s perfect for low income families, and the pets get treated like gold! I’ve recently adopted a kitten for my daughter, and I’m so excited to get her in here to get everything taken care of!
