Honestly, I waited a while to post this because I feel like I got a lot of help and the vet techs were incredibly kind throughout my struggles here. I originally brought my kitty in to have a tooth removed, before this, her tooth was the only problem she had. Besides that she’s very healthy and sweet. After her surgery though we had some concerns about the way her eye was reacting. The surgeon told me this was normal after anesthesia so we gave it another two days before taking her back after her eye had turned red. They gave me care instructions that I followed completely. After that her eye swelled and she was in an immense amount of pain. Her eye had become so swollen that no one could even open it to perform tests. I brought her next to an eye specialist who informed me that there was a mass inside her eye from most likely being poked by a surgical tool. How this even happened I’m not sure. Ultimately, her eye was removed. What was supposed to be a simple tooth removal turned into my cat losing her eye. I’m not usually one to crap on a business but I want to warn everyone that while I was assured this is a very rare case, they still somehow managed to make it happen to my baby. I came here because I was tight on money and couldn’t afford a high quality vet but ultimately it bit me in the ass and I ended up spending way more for her second procedure than I would if I had just gone with the more expensive vet, and she’d probably still have both eyes:( I am happy to say however that she healed perfectly and I’m very thankful to Sunflower Sanctuary for helping my baby so quickly

3/3/2025 Only writing a review to let other doggy owners know what to expect! The appointment making process was interesting but easy. I sent a text with my puppy’s information, and what services I was looking for. From there, I received a follow up text confirming a time for a call. After the call, the appointment was reserved. They are a busy clinic, so, if your dog gets easily stressed, it may be worth choosing an option that’s more serene. Check in was chaotic, but they did a good job managing the anxiety in both dogs and parents. They separate check-in times by weight groups. Upon arrival, I checked in my puppy and was given paperwork to fill out. I waited around 5 minutes until someone greeted my puppy and they weighed him and took him to the kennels. I think they may have forgotten to write his name down on their list as I waited another 30 minutes in the room before someone checked me out. (Not a huge deal, again, expect a lil chaos) I observed other owners checking in after me leave before me. They called me when Junie was ready to be picked up and emailed me the invoices and aftercare information. It was affordable. Spent around $260 for the whole procedure, cone, and other tests and IV and fluids. So far, my baby is doing well and the incision looks executed well!

Thank you for your affordable prices, it shows you really care. Excellent team and spay surgery. 3 stars because you guys need to be more careful when shaving for the operation. My dog has delicate skin and she was stratched up.

My senior dog needed teeth extractions and cleaning. My vet estimate was $1500. Salt Lake Spay & Neuter was less than half! AND my dog ended up needing 17 teeth pulled! They were kind and affordable. I highly recommend them.

they took great care of my Ziggy girl, brought her in for her spay appointment. Check in and check out was fast and easy and they were very responsive when I got worried about my baby’s incision and texted me promptly, which i also thought was very convenient since i work and can’t really answer phone calls! they prescribed her with some medication and she’s doing super good. Great prices too. She wasn’t scared or stressed when i picked her up which means that you guys took great care of her! thanks again :)

I highly recommend Spay and Neuter clinic! We always use them for our pets now. We paid $200 for our new kitten which included a microchip, neuter, IV for surgery and his first shots. We paid $600-$700 before at our old veterinarian for the same things. If you want to save a good amount of $ for great service! definitely visit the spay and neuter clinic.

I flew in from Long Beach California to get my dog's teeth cleaned. We have the pleasure to deal with Danny. she was absolutely amazing, super professional and very caring and understanding. Danny was the best person to leave my pet with. It was well worth the flight

Second time taking a pet here for a spay procedure. They're great. They do get busy so plan on that. Everything else was good. They're quick and to the point. You can text to set up an appointment or call. The parking situation is a pain in the tush to a degree but I've still had a place to park each time so it isn't too terrible. Price point was great. Helped me help a friend and a sweet little cat.
