These guys are so helpful. They're organized and very pleasant. They run a well oiled machine. Helping pet owners in the community by offering their discounted rates. I don't know what i would do without them. I'm so grateful for the pet owner assistance organizations in this valley. Their unselfish love for animals is evident.

They have a process to check everyone in, in groups. But they know the system and it works well! Pickup was easy as well. The staff all seem like they care for the animals and I felt comfortable leaving my cat.

Website says open at 8. I arrive at 8:15 with both my dogs and door is locked. The lady inside comes to the door and bangs on it from inside pointing to the hours which show 10am, like I’m an idiot and can’t read. I point to my phone to show her what her website shows and she waves her arms in the air as if to say “yeah we know but we don’t give a damn. We’d rather have you drive 10 miles and read the door sign than take 50 seconds and update our website. I guess what they say is true. You get what you pay for.

I recently brought my puppy, Bubba, to the spay and neuter center off West Sahara for vaccinations and neutering, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Denise was absolutely amazing—she went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. From the moment we arrived, Denise greeted us with a warm and positive attitude. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all my questions with a smile. Her genuine care and enthusiasm for her work made me feel confident that my puppy was in good hands. The entire staff was efficient and organized, and the facility was clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for affordable and high-quality care for their pets. A huge thank-you to Denise and the team for their outstanding service!

Candice put the cone on my puppy for me when I went back in after Hero my gsd mix got neutered. I was clueless how to do it. Then when I got home I noticed the instructions were in my packet all along. I’m grateful for the staff. My pup is healing so well. My rescue dog contract required neutering by 6 months of age & he is actually healing quickly maybe because of his age. It’s day 3 & my dog isn’t feeling any noticeable discomfort. They sent me home with plenty of medication. They even called the next day to check on him. I will be bringing my Malinois pups in at some point to be neutered as well.
