Grooming visit. I wouldn’t use their grooming services anymore. I came in for my our 3rd vet visit. Dog nails were scratching us up so we asked about grooming services. The vet said we have a pup cut for $30. When I came in for the visit they got me with a $7 disposable hidden fee. Then told me it would be $55 for a cut. How we got to $62 for a $30 pup cut I don’t know. He’s only a 4 month 5lb puppy. But the worst part of the visit wasn’t the fees. He came home with the same exact nails scratching us up. Which was the point of the grooming visit. My daughters arms looked like cuts across them. I called the office and they said they don’t cuts his nails cause he’s a puppy . I should take him outside and let him walk on the cement to get his nails down. That will be the first and last grooming visit I use here. Pet smart told me $33 with no hidden fees. Choose wisely! First visit We got a new puppy and wanted to ensure he was caught up on all shots. The staff was effective and efficient. They answered all questions and we left with understanding of what we need for our new puppy over the next year. I would recommend South Fulton Pet Care to anyone who has pets. Loved everything about it!

Our dogs came to SFPC years ago and just recently came back this year from another corporate run vet clinic. My little guy Peyton was quoted almost 2k for dental work and extractions at the previous clinic. We were quoted much less for the same work and Dr. Nance even saved more of his teeth that the other place wanted to take out. She didn’t shame me for the poor state of his mouth and was very informative and compassionate. Her staff is always vivacious and sweet to me and everyone who walks in the door. Recently my girl Roxy was diagnosed with arthritis and Dr. Nance was very thorough and still very compassionate despite me being a puddle of tears when she told me. She gave me the best outlook on the rest of my “sexy senior’s” life and her telling me it’s “not the quantity but the quality of life that’s important” really helped put things into perspective. Even more recently, Roxy needed diagnostic tests for thirst and frequent urination and everything was explained to me before, during, and after her appointment. Dr. Nance spoke to me personally to voice her concerns and reasons for wanting to do further testing. She loves her patients as her own fur babies and so does her staff. My pups have a name at this office and aren’t just a number. The grooming dept is fantastic as well. They took Peyton from overgrown mountain man to distinguished gentleman with just a haircut! Surely if we could have our babies covered under our own health insurance a lot of these negative reviews about prices wouldn’t be up here. It’s clear that some of these folks never read their doctor bills in their entirety past what their copay is. It’s also clear that some of these angry reviews don’t read the policies because I know I’m gonna be charged a $7 disposal fee. It’s not that serious. Biohazard waste pickup isn’t free. I suggest getting pet insurance to help cover the costs. If I drop my babies off at 9am, I’m gonna call by at least 1 or 2 if I haven’t heard from them just to get an update. Offices get busy and it’s also the pet parent’s responsibility to check in if you haven’t heard from them before they close. Those folks wanna get home to their families and fur babies too. Be proactive in the care of your pets. In any case, I would recommend SFPC to anyone on the southside who loves their fur baby. Dr. Nance and her wonderful staff definitely hold a special place in my heart for caring for Roxy and Peyton in the most genuine and sincere ways!

Had a great experience. They worked with my schedule and got me in and out quickly. Very kind and welcoming staff. I could tell everyone there loves animals. Took my new cat in and the price of vet care was very reasonable. Already made another appointment for my dog's checkup.

I have 3 Giant schnauzers that goes here for Vet services & Grooming, Ashton is a great groomer! I leave the 2 star review on behalf of South Fulton pet care business ethics, I was contact by the front office staff 10 mins before they close that my dog was ready for pick up, not to mention my dog was dropped off at 9:00am for grooming services, upon arrival I was accessed a late fee of $50 dollars in which I asked why wasn’t I called 30 mins before to let me know that my dog would be ready for pick up not the last 10 mins before they close…. They are money hungry & BE AWARE!!

My fur baby had an accident jumping onto the stairs. Came here to get x-ray to see if she was ok. Found out she broke her paw 🐾 💔 😢. Doctor & staff members reassured me that everything was going to be ok. They took my baby to the back and got her all better. Professional & attentive to your pets needs. I appreciate you all. Great service
