Small Door Veterinary - Spring Valley

Speckles had her first visit with Dr. Kristen Fischer yesterday and we could not be happier with our experience. Speckles has sever anxiousness at the vet and DR. Fischer and her assistant really understood how to help her be okay during the visit. They had wonderful suggestions and kept the whole experience calm and peaceful. The waiting room is open and has calm feeling to it. All the staff we interacted with was lovely. The practice manger spent some time with us when we arrived and explain how practice worked. He was wonderful and very helpful! I look forward to building a long term relationship with the vet and practice!

We switched to Small Door almost two years ago and were thrilled when the opened a new facility closer to home in Spring Valley a year ago. The whole experience is wonderful, from setting an appointment through the app, to the consultation, treatment, and follow up. They are very attentive, take wonderful care of the dog, explain all relevant issues, and treat the dog and the humans with courtesy and care. Switching to small door was the best thing for our pup’s health maintenance. All staff from the front desk to the nurses and doctors are genuinely caring about the pets which makes the difference. Three other dog parents we recommended have also since joined the Spring Valley small door community. This is the new benchmark for pet care in our view.

Thank you Dr. London and your practice. You took your time with my Jackaroe and you were so gentle. You took the time to explain everything and the course of treatment for now and possibly down the road. I can tell you and your staff truly like what you do. And you even moved my appointment up by 4 hrs so my pup wasn’t suffering. That speaks volumes. I highly recommend your practice.

I love being able to get an appointment quickly- often same day, with no waiting. The staff are incredible and being able to speak directly to the vet when my pup is not feeling well is the cherry on top!

The first visit was great and that’s no surprise. They get you in the door, world class service and they as soon as you buy the membership the service goes downhill. They have a 5 minute late policy (not chill) and lied to me about the vaccine schedule. Furthermore when I requested Nurse A who we had worked with the associate informed me she was not there… a few moments later Nurse A arrives. Not happy with SmallDoor Spring Valley right now.
