Saint Cloud 192 Pet Hospital

Doctor McCullough and the staff at 192 pet hospital are the most caring animal lovers and my pets are so lucky to have them to care for their health needs. The passion Doc has for her patients is second to none. Love the Elliott hounds

I previously took my pets to this clinic, but I would advise potential clients to reconsider based on my experience. While the prices may be appealing, the quality of care I received was disappointing. The female veterinarian appeared to lack the necessary expertise, as she assured me that my dogs' patellas were fine. However, upon visiting a different veterinarian in St. Cloud, the issue was identified immediately. Additionally, I found that the vet at this clinic rushed through the appointment and did not provide a thorough examination. The front desk staff exhibited unprofessional behavior; they were frequently unresponsive on the phone and displayed a lack of courtesy. I also noticed that animals were allowed to roam freely around the facility, which raised concerns about safety and hygiene. The overall appearance of the clinic suggested that it had not been updated since at least the late 1980s. Given these factors, I would recommend looking for alternative veterinary options for your pets' care.

It was our first puppy dog visit, and they're really friendly. Kudos to the staff, and Bonnie, who took care of our puppy. We're very glad!

My puppy was in dire need of surgery and all I found was deception and money vampires after my wallet every time I went there.even for free visits they wanted to charge one thing or another before you left. all they care about is money and not your pet.Beware of these shysters..Then they string you along for weeks and say they don't do surgeries there anymore. Which is a lie...

Recently moved to Saint Cloud, needing a new vet clinic. Sooo I took my pet here for the first time, seemed affordable and 4.3 reviews. Overall it was below average. I’m not sure about this place being the best. May be good just for vaccines and labs. To start, the vet tech that walked us in was super nice, he was kind (Spanish kid, curly hair). When my dog was going to get his blood work, one of the other techs (a Caucasian girl with long black wavy hair) came in and lacked empathy with my dog. She walked into the room very quickly and in a rush. She grabbed him in a way that made him uncomfortable and looked like he was in excruciating distress. To the point that I asked her to let him go because I felt so bad for him. She mentioned, in a irritating way, to mussel him as she walked out. My doxie never had issues before at my other clinic in Orlando. Then a sweet vet tech came in (blonde and light eyes). She was very comforting with my doxie and made him feel safe prior to getting his blood done! She build rapport with me by mentioning about her pit bulls at home and I knew she was loving! She didn’t think he needed to be musseled and mentioned he only needed some love, and that’s what she delivered. She was amazing! Dr Diaz was sweet but I wish he was more thorough. Didn’t auscultate my dog nor assess him well. Just came in to give him the vaccine, look at his teeth , give some recommendations and left. Was in the room maybe 3 mins max. Im a healthcare provider and this was not what should be done. I had my other vet clinic at SOAH Orlando email them my pets history and records…. and neither the staff nor doctor reviewed it. I think it’s important to do so in order not to miss anything but they didn’t. I think the bare minimum was done here. I wish I left happier. Especially, if you are paying for it no matter the cost. I’m reluctant about coming back unfortunately .
