Today was a rough appointment at the vet. And today is why I absolutely love Royer and his staff. Sydney was part of the family for 15 years, and unfortunately, it was her time. The ability of the staff to make this horrible situation even a little easier is amazing. And after, when it was time to pay, they brought the card machine to the room so you don't have to walk in front of everyone and you can leave through the back door is so great ... I know it's not the reason, but being able to keep your dignity after you have just lost a friend is very nice. If you’re looking for a vet who not only provides excellent care but also treats your pets like family, I can not recommend them enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for Sidney and me today.

We love Dr. Royer Veterinary. We have been going to them for years they care about all the animals!!!! I highly recommend them.Thanks to them my dogs are healthy. I love you ♥️

We sign in at home and when we got there I went in and told them we were there it was only maybe 10-15 minutes if that after we got there the doctor and nurses in the front desk was amazing they did a very amazing job with our little furry boy He's an old boy He's 13 a day later He's putting a little bit of pressure on his little Paw and I called back over there today and the lady I checked to was super nice so I would recommend Royers to anybody

Love all the staff and the care of our cats (6) and dog. The ease of online registration, the fact that our 6 cats are registered and seen. You can register at home and plan your day around the appointment. The staff are helpful and friendly. I first met Dr. Royer (years ago) when we had a stray cat that needed emergency surgery. If you love your pets, want a quality and affordable pet care, this is the place to go.

We have four dogs and have been taking them to Dr. Royer in Worthington for the past five years. Dr. Royer has a wonderful bedside manner, so-to-speak, and is very knowledgeable. His prices are very reasonable and I appreciate their new check-in method, because we live about thirty minutes from his office. The only negative I can say is he has no local after hours emergency service. They use an Indy-based emergency vet clinic. For me in a pet emergency, I doubt my pet would survive that long ride, depending on the type of emergency.
