I recently changed veterinarians due to prior veterinarians poor service and lack of proper care. I asked my dermatological vet veterinarian, Dr. Ursula for a recommendation. She suggested Royal Palm. The veterinarians are simply outstanding. They are empathetic, caring, considerate, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to make the parent feel comfortable, and to make my dogs feel comfortable. Their knowledge of disease and illnesses is superior. The demeanor and disposition of everyone in this office is simply outstanding. I would highly recommend this facility. They are without a doubt the best! I have two Siberian huskies, and they understand how Huskies act, and are simply amazing at their diagnosis and their performance. Hats off to this facility! They took great care of our mini schnauzer…you and your pets will love this place ! Can’t say enough great things about Dr McLaughlin .. She is just so compassionate, understanding and most of all so thorough, explaining everything! She is truly a gem !
