Rox Falls Vet

one of the best vet experiences I've ever had. I brought in two alley cats I caught when the shelters weren't available for surrender; the vets and techs were SO kind and helpful. they helped break down prices and what was necessary, or what could wait. they also called to check in on us after our visits. I'm so grateful I had their support through this experience!

I must say, being a human that rescues and fosters, Rox Falls has been by far the best vet in all categories I have ever had the pleasure to work with. We bring our two dogs, as we trust the staff and doctors. The front desk staff is accommodating and welcoming, for all types of personalities. While the vet techs are extremely loving and nurturing, even for the most anxious of animals. Our experience thus far has been that the doctors are understanding and knowledgeable, but most importantly they are honest and transparent. They don't sugarcoat, but they also will make sure you understand all sides and answer any questions you have. You can tell that everyone here really loves a. coming to work and b. doing what they do, on the daily. Thank you guys for providing Roxborough with a much needed place like this for our beloved animals.

Cannot say enough good things about Rox Falls. From the front office staff, to nurses, to Dr. Bates- the staff is incredibly efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. Front office staff are always available to answer questions and are extremely timely with sending out invoices and notes. Dr. Bates and staff have gone above and beyond for my rescue dog, ensuring she gets the care she needs to live a long and healthy life.

I love this vet! I cannot recommend them enough. They took such amazing care of our cat Atlas in his final months & really cared about his/our well being. Dr. Mike is one of the best vets I’ve ever been to and we have travelled all over the place up and down the east coast. No vet compares. All of the staff are super friendly and the prices are very affordable. I am so sad we are moving away!

We’re thrilled to discover that Dr. Steph opened a practice nearby. She has been taking care of our pets for over a decade and we can always depend on her to be thorough and provide the best care.
