Have 4 dogs & have been coming to Rosedale Animal Hospital for 10 years. Had to find new vet because of the people working at the front desk. My dog has allergies that require a cheap daily medication so he doesn’t attack and rip all of his skin off. Last time he nearly got put down because of it. Had multiple experiences where THEY told us to come in and pick the meds up. When we got there, they told us to make an appointment first for a month out and refused any emergency medication to hold him over. Had the front desk hang up on us when we told them we will have to go to an emergency vet instead because unfortunately he can’t wait a month. The veterinarian that has been there for years saved his life and we will miss her dearly. However the newer staff is going to bring this establishment down. It’s all about money & wasting your time; not your dog’s wellbeing.

Rosedale Vet is the best! Dr. Sue Reiter has been our Vet for years, and has helped us so much with our previous dog Buster, and now Sadie. She is incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and works diligently to find a cause and answer to the health issue. Her staff is also wonderful to deal with, and they too are so understanding and welcoming. We thank them for their love of Buster, and now our sweet Sadie. 💜🐾

I’m always impressed with the level of care both Dr’s show for my dog! The office is always spotless and the staff are always helpful and kind. So glad I started coming here a few years ago. Thru their care and concern we’ve been able to heal my dog’s incessant ear infections and maintain them. Thanks for everything!!

Don't go anywhere else! Only to Rosedale Animal Hospital! Whether you have to wait two or three days for an appointment! There in Rosedale the doctors are very experienced! Unfortunately I had previously taken my cat Alithea to another veterinary clinic twice in three weeks and my cat's condition continued to deteriorate! I thought I was going to lose her! She just hid and ran around my house screaming in pain! Thank goodness I found Rosedale Animal Hospital after those three weeks! My cat was helped immediately! She had a very, very big infection on her butt and the other hospital didn't recognize it and of course didn't do anything! After one day my baby is much better! This is so unbelievable but true! Thank you Doctor Martha Badura. Thank you to all the staff at Rosedale Hospital! You are the best!
