I have been going to RMSAH for almost a decade now and they are at their best right now. My dog is the love of my life and the most important thing to me and that translates into me sometimes having complete mental breakdowns over her health and safety (maybe all the time, daily). Dr Proctor gives me all of the facts and options and is always willing to answer all 800 questions I have. I am confident that she is always looking out for my girl and that she is getting the best care. We were recently getting a dental and because of my dogs age I was very concerned. Dr Proctor went over everything and explained all of the reasons she was confident she was healthy enough for the dental but also let me know there was an additional test we could run to really cover all of our bases. The test found a very minor heart issue. Luckily it is minor and wont impact her getting a dental down the line but Dr. Proctor was quick to react and get us to a cardiologist. It gives me such great peace of mind. Along with being the cutest dog in the world my dog is also a complete jerk to other dogs and loses her mind at the thought of another dog being near her. The entire office is always very accommodating. From getting us into a room quickly so we don't have to wait in the lobby, to handling billing in the exam room, and even carrying my dog like the queen she is so she isn't at risk of getting near another dog in passing. They make sure she and I have the least stressful experience possible. I have to give extra credit to Jess the tech who will also go out of her way to give my dog individual care so my dog and I are as relaxed as possible. It is comforting to know that the people taking care of her know her quirks (and mine!) and that my dog has familiar faces she is comfortable with when she needs them.

I had been thinking of switching vets as I wasn’t sure what was happening when they were transitioning to new ownership. I’m glad I decided to continue taking my pups here for care. Dr. Brewer has been unbelievable in the amount of care she has shown for our Koda during his recent bout of illness. She was patient and came back in multiple times to speak with me and answer my many questions during my recent visits. She called me multiple times to check in on him (7pm on a Friday night even!!) after our visits to make sure he was doing well. I have never felt that much care from a vet for my furbabies and I’m just so appreciative and grateful. The front desk staff has been very good about calling me back and the techs so kind as well. While my pocketbook cries from having three needy pups, I’m very thankful to have a good vet to take them for care!

Thanks Dr. Ashlee! Today I had Juniper in for her pre-spay appointment. She was so relaxed and happy to be at RMSAH, it makes me feel so happy and confident to see her in their care. She was tail wagging the whole time, and literally fell asleep while Monica, our kitty, had her exam, bloodwork and vaccinations. Everyone was friendly and thorough. Ty at the front desk and Sydney the technician were also warm, kind and caring. A perfect vet clinic visit for my fur kids!

This has by far been the best vet I've taken my animals to. Dr. Vantaggiao and the team are amazing! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Dr. V listens to my concerns and addresses them. Do yourself a favor and give them a visit.

Shortly after we were forced to put our German Shepherd down, our family received a heart-felt card of condolence that was signed by the entire staff. What a statement of care. The folks at RSMAH took care of Shelbie from the time she was a pup and throughout her life she always received the finest of care from everyone there. As soon as our hearts heal- we will be back with another pup.
