I can't say enough good things about River Rapids Pet Hospital! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The vet took the time to thoroughly explain everything, making sure I was well-informed throughout the process. What truly stood out to me was their compassion for my dog. They treated my dog like family and went above and beyond to make sure my pet felt safe. You can tell that they genuinely care about the animals they treat. I highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets. Thank you for all the love and attention you gave my dog!

Dr. Hale and the staff at River Rapids are very compassionate, empathetic and full of integrity. I went in with my cat & they immediately got to work. They tried very to work with me on pricing & even though some things I wasn’t able to do at this clinic… they referred me to another. They didn’t just give up because of possible loss of business. Even after leaving they called later in the day to check in & see how he was doing. They did what was best for my cat. Thanks to them he is getting the care he needs. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic & Dr. Hale.

Dr Will and the staff are absolutely amazing! I was able to get my dog in right away and the care given to him was amazing. Thanks to Dr Will our Great Dane is back to his normal goofy self.

I've brought my cat in a few times now for a trouble spot on his back and every single time Dr. Will has been fantastic to work with. The staff is always kind and welcoming, they even comforted me when I was upset because this has been ongoing and I felt like a bad cat mom.
