Dr. Kim is the of the finest pet doctors I have encountered. Eleven years ago, she saved the lives of two of my cats (mother and son). Both cats are still with us to this day and are strong, healthy and happy. My only regret is I did not continue pet care with her as we moved to Queens, NY.

My experience at Red Roof has been so disappointing. The front reception guy, Edward, has been so uncooperative. We decided to switch vets for various reasons and I have called and asked him to send over my dog’s medical records. As soon as I requested the record, his tone changed and he said they were currently busy and he will call me back later in the day. My dog had an appointment the next day at his new vet so I asked him if he’ll get back to me within the day I called. He ensured me yes. Got no call back, so the next morning I called them and he answered. I was VERY upset and he told me he’ll email me the records right away. Still no email. It’s so frustrating I should not have to call multiple times for my dogs medical records. He was very quick to disable our online account with them yet he couldn’t email me the records (still don’t have them). Update: Wow the response from red roof is pathetic. Went to the new vet today - they told me the full record wasn’t even sent. They were missing my dog’s rabies vaccination record along with many other things. I asked the front guy to send the new vet the record AND EMAIL ME IT. He even took down my email and did not send it as he promised. Dr. Kim - Please train your employees correctly.

I’ve been taking my 8-year-old male Shih Tzu, Kuki, to Red Roof for over four years. Dr. Kim and her friendly staff have always provided excellent care, especially during emergencies. They’ve helped with various issues, including treating diarrhea, performing dental cleanings, and even a facial fold resection to alleviate redness in his eyes. Your pet will be in trusted professional hands with Red Roof.

Dr. Kim has consistently impressed me with her knowledge and genuine love for animals. She takes the time to address all my concerns and makes sure my cats feel comfortable during their visits. I've been bringing my cat here for the past 6 years and have always had a great experience and trust the veterinarians here! I thank them for my cat's health and you can tell they really take their time with each appointment. I've never felt rushed and they're great answering any questions. Also, the location is perfect in town, scheduling is always a breeze, and they keep the place super clean. Highly recommend!
