I bring in 2 xl dogs. One is a fox hound. I thought he had kennel cough and the vet wanted take an X-ray of his lungs to see what was going on. I was not sure about that. Thanks goodness she did it because my dog had blasto. She saved him I just in the nick of time. I’m super great full. Next, I have a very large pit bull/shepard/lab mix. I took him to two other highly recommended vets in Saint charles( one with the “no fear” deal) and it turned out the vet and tech had fear for him. He doesn’t growl or get aggressive but his look is intimidating for sure. The vet and techs at Randall road treat him like the baby he is and they seem to see him as I do. This is super great to know my dog can get the help he needs from them.

Dr Borchardt has been seeing my 6 kitties for the past couple of years. She is the reason I go there. She is so trustworthy, kind, honest, and remembers all of their names by cat lol. I feel very heard and I get all my answers when needed. I will always refer new clients her way. Thank you, from me & the 6.

Randall Road Animal Hospital is very responsive to amy of our pet care needs. Reception is always kind and helpful. We get our Pet Meds and special digestion food from there also. 2 of our pets needed surgery at different times in their lives. They were well taken care of. We have been with RRAH for about 10 years. Thank you. Lee Lee - toy Pomeranian (10 years) River- striped cat (6 years) Gianna- blonde cat (deceaded 2023 20 years)

They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen. My dog is afraid of everyone and he likes the staff there!

I began going to Randall Road Animal Hospital back in 2014 when I got my 7 month old lab, Jake… I regret every stepping foot into this place and putting my trust in them- I recently found out my dog has chronic pancreatitis after going to Bowes Animal Hospital because Randall Road was either closed since it was a Monday when I needed to bring my pet in or they were booked when I needed them most. I’ve had bloodwork done on Jake routinely when he became a senior- everytime Randall Road Animal Hospital would call me with the results, they would say his liapse is high, quit feeding him table scraps, tho we don’t feed him table scraps.. and failed to do further testing to find out what was REALLY going on-I took him to Bowes Animal Hospital, repeated blood work as his liver enzymes were elevated- Bowes recommended further testing as his liapse was high and so was his liver enzymes, which indicates inflammation somewhere.. well, after five years of elevated blood work at Randall road, he was diagnosed tonight with chronic pancreatitis- Not only did we find out he has pancreatitis- he also has cancer. I was told by Randall Road a lump on his ankle was probably a fatty cyst- further testing was done once again at Bowes after Dr said that’s not a fatty cyst- came back as soft tissue sarcoma- removal for this can’t be done until pancreatitis is treated if it’s able to be treated. Lastly, my dog also suffers from laryngeal paralysis- I took it upon myself to research meds to give him to calm him down as excitement causes laryngeal paralysis to get worse… medication Randall Road recommended for arthritis- liberala, found out after doing my OWN research doesn’t interact well with dogs that have laryngeal paralysis, so I recommended he be switched. I am so disappointed and most of all let my pup down… please think twice before choosing this place to be your place to take your babies too- I put my trust into this place and was let down not once but three times and have a pup who suffered from it

It was a pleasant experience as always but the reason I give it 4 stars because I was charge for late fee when I was given the pre-invoice statement before my pet was done with his check-up/exam/shots. After my pet’s appointment was done, I had to ask why I was charge for late fee & the front desk personnel explained that we were late for 15 minutes. If this is their new policy implemented this year ,at least they should have told me before so I could reschedule next time so I don’t have to pay the late fee! I was blind-sided by this. They should waive the late payment fee if this was my first offense.
