Are very kind and understanding. Gave us a detailed, itemized of services that would be done at point a and then below that was if they had to go beyond point A to point b that was also itemized of what it would entail and how much it would cost to go that far. Luckily we did not have to go to plan b we only had to go as far as a they were fantastic. We were pretty nervous because our little cat was so sick but they reassured us and they were very kind and gentle with her.

Dr. Fridlund and ALL of the staff here are absolutely amazing!! I am so happy i decided to start bringing my 4 animals (3 cats and 1 dog) here because the service and genuine care they give is incomparable to any other vet i have been too! They are super accommodating and flexible with scheduling and will do anything to make sure our needs are met!! I will continue being a loyal patient as long as i live here!! Very happy with the quality of care and friendly staff. They do not try to upsell you on things that are unnecessary. Our sweet dog Maggie was in what we thought was grave condition, and the doctors diagnosed and treated her. She is now doing very well, maybe even better than she ever was. She looks better, is playful, and very happy and affectionate to a degree more so than she ever was. We are happy with how she is doing, friends and neighbors all comment on how much better she looks and appears to feel. Thank you. Morley

Ranch Animal Hospital has been amazing when it comes to the care of our dogs and cat. We’ve been able to get our pets scheduled very quickly with urgent matters, and have appreciated the time the Drs and staff have taken with us. They are great about offering options and we never feel like we are being upsold. We’ve also had our dogs groomed by Melissa and she has done a great job with our Aussie who doesn’t enjoy being groomed. I highly recommend the compassionate team at Ranch!

Absolutely Horrific Experience, don't be fooled by the word "Hospital". Have been a customer since 2006, this place has gone downhill tremendously and would not recommend to treat your family pet. Went there on a Friday at 4pm to help triage our dog since he was not acting "normal". They ordered an EKG however, they are not qualified (including the vet) to read it????? 4:55pm, the Vet told us they were still waiting for the results and that they were closing at 5pm, nothing they could do. They were kind enough to recommend a 24/7 Emergency after I paid over $650 and no diagnosis. Our dog was suffering from internal bleeding and had to put him down. Mind you, this was discovered within minutes of arriving the emergency vet. Ranch Animal Hospital did not want to deal with this outcome at 4:55pm on a Friday, as I was reminded 4 times they were closing at 5pm! Please do not take you pet there!!! I would gladly take time off of work to meet with whomever is in charge to discuss further.
