Great dr and staff, very nice and helpful overall! removed this mass that grew on my ferret, Cinnamon. He's recovered and happy to say 8 months later he’s a happy boy again heres before and after pictures

I had a lovely first time experience here with Dr. Torres. While we couldn’t get a complete diagnosis of my parakeet (because she’s very small and operating on her would’ve been too risky), Dr. Torres did what he could to help my Zelda with her discomfort. We did X-rays and removed fluid out of her abdomen. Super quick and easy and Zelda was treated with care.

Would not recommend this veterinarian to my family or friends. Took my exotic pet here because it was displaying extremely obvious symptoms and abnormalities. Doctor tells me we need to run tests and X-Rays to see what the issue is, charges me about $1,000, takes two weeks to get me the results back after I had to call their office to ensure I was going to hear back from them. Finally, they sent me the results of the tests they took but never followed up with an actual solution to my pet's problem, simply a suggestion. TLDR: I told them my pet needed surgery, they made me pay for tests and x-rays, gave me the results, suggested surgery, and never followed up afterwards. Do Not Recommend.

This is the first emergency my Bunny have ever had and I’m so glad I was referred to Paws 🐾 and Claws. There are not words to describe how grateful I am to not only the doctor but to Jackie who was an angel falling from heaven and Jessica who explained everything with knowledge and kind words. I will be coming back to the clinic for any problem my bunny or any other pet I own may have. I called burst in tears this morning with an emergency and Jackie not only calmed me down with sweet words, but gave me an appointment right away. That kind of compassion and sweetness is rear to find nowadays. The place is impecable, clean and modern. I will never go to any place for veterinarian care. Dr de Armas has an amazing staff.

Brought my baby for the first time to this clinic and the attention given to her and me was amazing. They are very helpful and delicate with animals. I have a hedgehog, and I am happy that she is still in the process of getting better. Thank you so much!
