Snotty, rude, miserable Secretary. She was unpleasant every time we brought our dogs in... the doctor there seems incompetent. Our dog needed her anal gland expressed, after she showed classic symptoms...we brought her in..the doctor remarked that it "could" be her glands, but instead of attempting to exprese them, Just shaved her butt. The next day we took her to another vet who diagnosed the problem and fixed it . He said the other vet should have tried what he had done... stay away from this place, they seem to only want to pinch your hard earned money from you, with unnecessary repeated visits.

Information regarding the environment of Quinn C Barry DVM is limited based on the provided review. The review primarily focuses on the staff interaction and the perceived quality of veterinary service rather than describing the physical premises or ambiance of the clinic. Therefore, an objective description of the clinic's environment cannot be provided based solely on this information.

Similarly, specific details about the range of services offered by Quinn C Barry DVM are not comprehensively outlined in the provided review. Typically, a pet hospital offers a variety of services, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, medical treatments for illnesses and injuries, surgical procedures, and preventative care. However, the negative experience described in the review centers on a specific instance where a dog presented with symptoms of needing anal glands expressed. According to the reviewer, the veterinarian acknowledged it "could" be the glands but allegedly opted only to shave the dog's rear without attempting to express them. The following day, another veterinarian reportedly diagnosed and resolved the issue by expressing the glands, suggesting a potential deficiency in the initial assessment or treatment at Quinn C Barry DVM. This single negative account does not provide a complete picture of all the services that Quinn C Barry DVM may offer.

The primary feature highlighted in the available review is a significantly negative customer experience. The reviewer describes the front office secretary as "snotty, rude, miserable" and states that this unpleasant demeanor was consistent across multiple visits. This indicates a potential issue with the client-facing aspect of the practice. Furthermore, the reviewer expresses serious concerns about the competency of the veterinarian. The specific incident involving their dog's anal gland issue is cited as evidence of this perceived incompetence, with the reviewer stating that the subsequent veterinarian indicated that the initial veterinarian "should have tried what he had done." This suggests a potential lack of appropriate diagnostic or treatment procedures in this particular case, according to the reviewer's account and the opinion of the second veterinarian consulted.

The reviewer also raises concerns about the financial practices of Quinn C Barry DVM, stating that "they seem to only want to pinch your hard earned money from you, with unnecessary repeated visits." This accusation suggests a perception of prioritizing financial gain over effective and efficient patient care, at least in the opinion of this particular customer. The lack of a resolution to their dog's issue on the first visit, followed by a successful treatment at another clinic, appears to have fueled this negative perception.

It is important to note that the provided information consists of a single, strongly negative review. While this review raises serious concerns that potential local users should be aware of, it does not represent a comprehensive overview of all customer experiences or the overall quality of care provided by Quinn C Barry DVM. However, in the context of providing an objective introduction based solely on the available information, these negative aspects must be included as they are the only substantive details provided by a real customer.

No information regarding any promotional offers or special programs at Quinn C Barry DVM is available in the provided text. Therefore, it is not possible to include any details about potential promotions for local users. Individuals interested in learning about pricing, appointment policies, or any specific offers are advised to contact the clinic directly using the provided phone numbers or address.

Given the significant negative feedback present in the sole available review, local users in Syracuse, NY, who are considering Quinn C Barry DVM for their pet care needs should proceed with caution and consider this feedback as part of their decision-making process. It may be prudent to seek additional reviews from other sources or consider alternative veterinary care providers in the area to ensure a well-informed choice regarding their pet's health. The concerns raised about staff attitude and veterinary competency are serious and warrant careful consideration.

In conclusion, based on the single customer review provided, Quinn C Barry DVM in Syracuse, NY, appears to have faced significant issues with at least one client's experience. The review highlights concerns about a rude and unpleasant front office secretary and questions the competency of the veterinarian based on the handling of a specific medical issue. The reviewer also expresses a negative perception regarding the clinic's financial motives. While this is just one account, its severity warrants attention for local users considering this "Pet Hospital" for their animal care. Without additional information or reviews to provide a more balanced perspective, this introduction must objectively reflect the negative feedback that is currently available.
