Easy same day drop off and pick up for ear cropping procedure. Provided pictures for crop style we wanted, went with a medium crop with a little bell. Staff was great and answered all my questions. There information is upfront and explain that no ear crop is guaranteed which I understood but so far so good Petey Pablo is looking great. Thank you

Drove 200 miles to get my girls ears done and I couldn’t have asked it to turn out better. The staff was amazing. They reassured me of everything moving forward, get everything you could possibly need. Posting only was 3 to 4 weeks with this cut and they stood up and stayed that way. Totally depends on the dog how long that will take. Call it luck. Not only that, she had a callus on her tail and they removed it and it looks fantastic. Would go right here for anything in the valley for vet services. They definitely know what they are doing.

First impression of this animal hospital was a 10/10. Took my little boy Jax in to get his ears cropped and honestly it came out better than I expected. saw a lot of negative reviews of this location tht had me a little bit on edge, but I decided to take my chances. This is a pricey procedure but at the end of the day it’s done *professionally*. ( read everything you sign I feel this is part of the reason for bad reviews but they literally tell you everything twice) I was also asked plenty of times if I had any questions and did not feel rushed out the door at all. :) kind staff. I brought my boxer at 10 weeks to get his ears cropped here and I absolutely love them! It was my first time cropping a dogs ears so it was kind of scary. But after reading reviews we decided to take a chance especially because after calling they gave us so much info it made us feel confident with our choice. Zion came home with more than enough medicine & a cone they instructed us to not take off for 2 weeks. His ears healed in 2 weeks and fully closed but he did have some bumps where the sutures were but quartz let us know this is normal. They didn’t allow us to start posting until those bumps were better, we brought him back a week later & they showed us how to post. The first time we did it, we did it too tight so his ears weren’t looking so good but I called them & sent pictures & they immediately said it looks like they were too tight plus like he had an allergic reaction to the tape we decided to buy. They sent pictures for a better one ( paper tape ) & after letting his ears rest for a few days we started the posting process. My fiance learned how to do it good right after this & Zion never had issues with trying to take them off at all, which I thought would be an issue. His ears look so good now at 6 months! If I ever crop another dog again I’ll definitely bring him back, the girls were always there for us and so informative & kind. I asked for long length but with the style of show crop

Dr Flores great job w compound complex fracture on my son’s 10wk GSD (4 pins sticking out). But the care and love from the nurses CiCi and Shaina Who came in on her day off to check on him and mostly give comfort She can babysit my dogs anytime. Kudos to the crew thx for the LOVE Chance
