Great vet. Been with them for years. Always very kind and knowledgeable. Vet services are top notch and Just put our old dog To sleep and they made that as smooth as possible. She went out peacefully and that’s all you can ask for.

Easily the best experience I have ever had at a veterinarian hospital! My new puppy Bruce ABSOLUTLEY loved everyone working there! Such a welcoming clean environment with people who truly care about animals. They even had toys and little snacks for my puppy that helped keep him calm and relaxed for his visit. I know Bruce trusts them and so do I! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a new Vet

I have seen 3 doctors there total for my one cat due to my schedule and they have all been amazing. First one, a male, gave me lots of information about my cats heart murmur and got me in touch with a specialist. 2nd, Dr Coady actually let me hear it for myself. It’s one thing to read about something but she actually let me hear my baby’s heart. Words turned into sound. The third Dr was with a traveling vet which I’d never heard of before so I was nervous. She was amazing! They were all super patient, I never felt rushed. They seemed so happy to hear about everything I was concerned about with my cat(his ear infection). They told me “the problem could be environmental” and I instantly told them about my dogs that started to have problems very obviously because of environmental issues and they were all like “tell me more”. They seriously care about your pets and spend the time with you to make sure they learn as much as they can about your pets to make informed decisions(combined with the tests they do).

I recently had a harrowing experience at Quail Hollow Veterinary Hospital that I feel compelled to share. I brought my dog in for what I thought would be another simple skin tag removal, but it turned into a frustrating ordeal from start to finish. I initially saw Adam and requested the skin tag be removed; he had done this for my dog in the past. I asked for a quote for what was to be done but over the course of two weeks, up until the day of surgery, I was met with avoidance and vague responses. My trust for this practice was crumbling quickly. On the day of surgery, when I again asked for clarification of the $1,500 price tag, again the staff responses were unprofessional and dismissive. It was disheartening to see a lack of empathy and communication, especially when it comes to the care of our pets. Overall, I cannot recommend Dr. Berman based on my recent experience. The combination of high cost and poor customer service made this a very disappointing experience. I hope they can improve their communication and pricing in the future.

Our dog had an allergic reaction after 5pm yesterday and everyone at Quail Hollow jumped into action to help us when we showed up on short notice. Thank you to Dr Coady, Ariel and the entire staff for rushing to our side and caring for Pudge with such love and high level of quality
