Pure Paws Veterinary Care of Hudson Square

I was recommended to Dr. Liff of Pure Paws Hudson Square by a friend who is a patient of theirs. Every visit with my English Bulldog pup has been seamless and pleasant. They are very organized and cater to everything you need. I am very happy that my Sapphire loves going to the vet. She recently had her spay done and they’ve checked on her often and ensured that her recovery is going well. Shoutout to the team for being so diligent and incredible. Sapphire and I thank you very much for taking care of us!

So glad I came here! As a first time fur mom I was nervous going in but could not be anymore happy about this experience. Everyone was so nice and informative and really made this experience so smooth and easygoing. Loki was so happy too and he loves his new vet and the staff 🫶🏽

We have a cat and a dog and have tried several vets in the west village area - some better than others. From my experience, Pure Paws has been by far the best. It is easy to make an appointment, the facilities are very nice and the staff are all so kind. The vets listen to all your concerns and are proactive in finding a solution. They always follow up the next day to make sure things are going well. Most recently, we were away for a long weekend and my dog was staying with a dog sitter. Our dog tested positive for a parasite that required antibiotics. Dr. Liff took the medicine over to the dog sitter’s apartment herself and reported back to me that our dog looked well and happy. I am beyond grateful for their care.

I can’t really say enough good things about pure paws and Dr. Liff. We originally started seeing her in Brooklyn and have followed her to this location. Booking appointments is easy, communication and follow up is great, and there is a clear understanding of low stress handling techniques every time. This is extra important for us with my shy and stress prone cat who would really prefer I did not bring him to the vet ever. Every time I have visited, including with a client cat I was pet sitting for, staff took my concerns seriously. This care helped my client get diagnosed and treated so much earlier than he would’ve otherwise and we are so thankful to have this option!

I brought my mini poodle to this location for her exams so she could travel to the Philippines. Finding a veterinary clinic that does the travel certificate can be a painful experience, but they were supportive and clear about every step. Doctor Adams and the rest of her team were excellent at communicating the process and were responsive to any questions I had. I would recommend this veterinarian to anyone who is looking to get a health certificate for traveling.
