Nov 16, 2024 · Brittany MinschkeGiving 2 stars only because my dog was taken care of much better then I could of done! My dog and cat had a spat and my dog had a nasty gash on his ear that needed sutures for. I waited for quite some time(their was an emergency so I do understand but I didn't appreciate my dog being left bleeding like he was). Once they took him back I was given a bill but told to pay when I picked him up. The bill had a charge for nail trim which I did not ask for and they then said it was free with the services but wastrying to charge me anyway. I left to go get things ready for him at home and I'd called on my way to ask if I needed to go get a cone for him or if they'd give us one. They said that he would have one when we left so I didn't grab one. I get their to pick him up and they inform me that my earlier bill they'd given me they forgot to put the vaccinations on. So yet another charge I wasn't planning on. And after paying I asked where his cone was and they said I'd have to buy one from them! So more money.. I ended up paying around $700 for sutures rabies vaccine and sedation.
Feb 28, 2025 · Cheyann GoodinGreat vet that is just down the street from our house. The staff is very friendly and has taken care of our pups in the past. Easy to schedule with and just overall good experiences with them. Would highly recommend
Feb 22, 2025 · Beyond LagniappeI can’t say enough great things about Providence Square Veterinary Clinic! From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, compassionate, and incredibly professional. My dog always receives the best care, and the veterinarians truly go above and beyond to make sure every concern is addressed. They take the time to explain procedures and treatments thoroughly, ensuring that I feel comfortable and informed about my dog’s health. What sets this clinic apart is their genuine love for animals. My dog is usually anxious at the vet, but the team here always knows how to put him at ease. It’s clear that they prioritize not only the well-being of the pets but also the peace of mind of the owners. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the appointments are always on time. I trust them completely with my dog’s health and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.
Oct 09, 2024 · Marina TidwellThis place has SEEMS To be go doing down hill . Over the past 3 years .. 1st my Frenchie needed to be spayed bc she kept having infections and dragging her butt ect . The price changed 3x by $600 up and down . A new technician had to argue with another bc I was being over charged for something I did not ask for or have knowledge of . 2 months later she’s still dragging her butt and now the normal spring allergies . Got her anal glads cleaned and meds . A week later she’s still dragging her butt and stretching her ears and eyes .. like other reviews the Dr . Recommended Apoquel , a week later now my dog is still starching her eyes and ears and NOW having white & watery vaginal discharge.. at the point I feel like they don’t know what they doing , it’s about money an my Frenchie is not a freaking experiment ! UPDATE: Staff and The Dr are always pleasant and knowledgeable. Yes things are expensive And something are trial and error . So hopefully this new information will work and patience .
