We brought our beloved dog Lola in 2days ago,she was hospitalized for a few days previously and took a turn for the worse ,Dr.Lee was extremely professional and caring and found an underlying problem with her that the other place didnt.Unfortunately we had to make the difficult decision to let her cross the rainbow bridge, this was our first time coming to this facility and i couldnt say enough nice things, everyone was amazing in making a heartbreaking experience incredibly comfortable with their respect and care for our baby.I will most certainly be making this our primary vet for our other dog.

Have been calling since before Christmas to get my dogs medicine for ear infection and have been getting the run around. No communication from staff…I call and they act like this is the first time calling after I’ve spoken and requested multiple times. I’ve called multiple times now and they dismiss me and tell me they’ll send it to the doctor to approve but no one does. At this point 2 weeks later, still no medicine and still getting the run around I’m definitely switching vets who are competent and communicate better.

My Dad and I have been using Prospect Park Vets for years. We tried another during Co-Vid only because of availability and we came back. Dr. Lee and Dr. Athen are so caring and compassionate and the fees are reasonable. Below other area vet offices.

I was taking my dog there for about 10 years the vets were great except last year my dog got prescription for kidney food which she threw up.Took her to see Dr Lee's brother and his assistant took her for xrays and then was told to give her 2 injections of something that most likely either didn't give the right medication or overdosed her because coincidentally she died in my arms that night.Highly devastating. I since then rescued a dog from a shelter and would not go anywhere near prospect park vet.

Went here to get my dog’s their shots. First visit, great. Liked the receptionist’s, Dr Lee and the techs. Went back a little under 2 weeks later with 1 of my dogs for certain shots, asked them to check her leg as she was limping. Dr Lee wasn’t in, seen other Vet .. Took X-Rays , basically accused me of lying about how long my puppy was limping and told me she has hip dysplasia. Had me so upset thinking surgery was going to cost me thousands .. I called my normal go to Vet ( only came here due to car troubles) , took her over there to discuss surgery and everyone was confused because my puppy does NOT have hip dysplasia. Spent close to $500 basically for wrong diagnosis! Will NEVER go back!
