May 02, 2025 · Valentyna KukuruzaWe love this place! We brought in our outdoor kitty and found that she had a broken leg. The doctor and staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us some options and we ended up having surgery for her. The doctor did an amazing job placing a rod in her leg. The staff were super patient with all of our questions. We would definitely recommend this vet!
Mar 07, 2025 · Emily MillerMy family and I have brought our pets here for years, and am seriously disappointed. I made an appointment early April to get a check up and for my dog because he had recently got an eye injury. My girlfriend brought him in for me who is very knowledgeable in animals and their health, and is also a registered Vet Tech at a clinic states away. She didn’t say anything about being a tech. Right away nobody came out from behind the desk and she was told to put him on the scale herself. Even though I’m paying $90 just for an exam. She waited in the lobby for 20 minutes when his apt was at 10am before being brought back to be seen by one of the techs. She explained the story about the injury, where it was and observed the tech chart on the computer. The tech then said the Dr. was just finishing up a surgery. The Hispanic Dr. came in after another 15 minutes, and immediately started with crabbing about the surgery, hating on the breed of dog and saying that its owner was ignorant. Apologized about being late and didn’t bother to look at my dogs chart. My gf explained what was wrong with his eye. He was rough with my dog and man handled him, instead of asking if she wanted to lift him to the table. He did an exam and proceeded to do multiple tests to check his eye and said it was an ulcer after looking up a damn picture on google. He treated my gf like she didn’t know what she was talking about and felt talked over. She then said again that he had a gouge on his eye, and he looked again and said “oh, yeah” and said he was going to prescribe him ointment. She waited another 10 minutes for him to fill his prescriptions. They scheduled another appointment for a week later for a checkup, but I told them I wasn’t pleased with his care. A month and $400 later, and now I’m having to call around for quotes to have a 1k-3k surgery to remove ulcers. I think it’s safe to say I won’t be bringing my animals there anymore, and will be telling my family to seek other clinics. All they want is your money, and seem to care less about the patients. Lesson learned, I need to start reading reviews.
May 08, 2025 · hayden wardThis is by far the WORST Veterinary hospital I have ever been to. Absolutely do not ever bring your animals here. All they do is try to scam you of your money any chance they get. I have 2 dogs One who is a Yochon who just turned 2 and a Frenchie who will be 2 in July. When I first got my Yochon in 2023 they were great, and awesome with him, I had no problems. Until in July and August of 2024 I brought him in to get his limes shot… They made me put him on the reception desk and gave him the shot over the counter… No exam room… no gloves…(Is this even allowed??) I never brought him there again. I got my Frenchie and brought her there as well in 2033 and again all was fine with her besides her Spaying surgery had many complications. At her appointment in August of 2024 the Doctor called her a Boston Terrier , I thought okay it’s fine he made a little mistake.Fast forward to January 2025 and I could tell my Frenchie was getting an ear infection so I thought I will bring her in one more time before her wellness exam was due in Feb then I’ll pull her records too and take her elsewhere thinking this was the fastest way to get her ear drops for the ear infection… Yeah what a mistake that was on my end!! The way the Doctor was trying to make me hold her was so cruel for no reason and being so aggressive with her, being she was already terrified of him. Along with him calling her a Boston Terrier for the second time. It was 90 dollars for an “Exam” when all he looked at was her ears? Along with many other random charges. I pay 65 for a whole Wellness Exam where the Doctor checks EVERYTHING. And not to mention 2/3 of the women who work there are so horribly rude one named Julie (she’s the worst out of them all, so so rude anytime you call or anytime you interact with her) and the other has dirty blonde long hair. Overall do not waste your time like I did for the past year and a half. They do not know anything about your animals especially the Doctor nor do they care. They want your money and that’s it.
Feb 21, 2025 · Taylor Donnay1st time at this Vet, helping Rescue Pups for a friend; Julie at the Front end was a wonderfully Professional Patient, along with the rest of the Staff, Techs and Doctors If Health providers were like this without ridiculous Paperwork for Humans, our world would be different. Princeton Vet, Keep up the excellent service amazing Polite Proffessional Service Pet and animal care.
