Feb 13, 2025 · Hopeful AmericanThe staff there was really helpful and explained everything so I could understand. They have helped my dog where some other vets just didn't really care or just kept prescribing meds that weren't fully helping. They also have helped us over the years when we adopted our new dog and she had skin issues. She has come.a long way with their help.
May 11, 2025 · RobertBEST VET VISIT EXPERIENCE EVER! Of the almost 2 1/2 hours that my Husky Sasha, and I were there today, the vet was with me for more than half of that time. She sat and chatted with me, as we went over her entire 6 year lifetime of issues, symptoms and treatments. She asked many questions and answered many more. She thoroughly explained her thoughts, many different procedures and possibilities, costs, what she would be looking for, how she would treat potential findings. She was kind, caring, sympathetic, empathetic, knowledgeable, straight forward, and very thorough. She completely explained prescribed medications, what they were for and showed me how to administer what I was not certain of how to do. She also provided very clear explanations of post-treatment expectations. She even came back out to the desk during checkout, to make sure my next appointment had the proper amount of time blocked off for her to properly complete the procedures that Sasha was being scheduled for on Thursday. Neither I, nor any of my fur babies, have ever been given such seriously complete and personal attention in all of my lifetime. I was seriously wow'd. I DEFINITELY HAVE FOUND MY NEW VET! She did a top to bottom exam on Sasha today, along with completing a culture on her mucas, as she suspected potential bacterial growth in her nostrils. The culture confirmed her suspicions. That finding led to a 3 week treatment of a larger dose of antibiotics along with a three day dose of nose drops (having never given any nose drops to an animal before, I was uncertain how to administer the medication, so the first dose was given there, to show me how to do it correctly. That was a lot easier than I thought it would be). She told me that this nasal infection could also be triggering the sudden frequent seizures she has been experiencing. She said it could be, but she doesn't believe that the bacteria is fungal, but probably more from the inhaling of some sort of vegetation that is potentially lodged somewhere in the sinus cavity, causing the recurring symptoms/infection. So, on Thursday, Sasha gets dropped off to be put to sleep for a few hours, while xrays, a visual search as far as can be seen, followed by a sinus flush to release anything that may be stuck in there, can be conducted. FINALLY, something that makes sense is being done, while she is gonna get some much needed medicinal treatment to relieve her miserable symptoms. If this solves the issues. The specisist treatment will not be necessary. This is the best case scenario for her getting better, so I am very much hoping for great results. THANK YOU DR. DILLON!' My faith in Veterinary Medicine has been, at long last, restored! ❤️
Apr 09, 2025 · Linda HalvorsenDr. Kline and staff have taken care of our fur babies for 22+years. Many of the staff are still there after all these years, and greet us with a familiar smile. We can't say enough about the loving and caring way they treat our furry family as well as the way they treat us!
