We are incredibly happy with the care we received from Dr. Greco and his team at Precision Veterinary Surgery. Our 90 lb German Shepherd mix, rescued at 4 months old and now over 10 years old, recently suffered a complete rupture of his right CCL and a concurrent meniscal tear after falling down a slope in our yard. He was in pain, couldn’t walk, and spent all day lying in bed. It broke our hearts to see him like that. After searching online, we found Dr. Greco—and we are so thankful we did. He is by far the best veterinary surgeon we’ve ever encountered. Dr. Greco, Dr. Joshua, and the entire medical team helped us schedule and complete surgery quickly and efficiently. The operation went smoothly, and even though our dog is nearly 11, he had no post-operative issues. Today, he’s back to his normal self, happy and active—and that fills us with so much gratitude. We highly recommend Dr. Greco. If your dog needs surgical care, don’t hesitate—just call them. You will definitely be in good hands. We also have a second dog, a 9-year-old rescued APBT, who has a tumor between her toes. We’ve already scheduled surgery with Dr. Greco, and we trust him completely. Our dogs give us their whole lives, full of loyalty and love. They deserve the very best care—and Dr. Greco delivers that with skill and compassion. We are so grateful to have found him.

Apr 26, 2025 · tai wongDr.Greco & Team (Precision Vet Surgery) were amazing with Chuck (our 90 pound hovawart-collie dog), who suffered a complete rupture of his Achilles tendon in August/2024. It seems like a miracle seeing him walking leaning on his left back leg today (10/30/2024). We thought he won't be able to walk again, and thanks to Precision's expertise, competence and loving care Chuck passed through this struggle and even enjoyed going to the clinic for bandage changes. Congratulations again for the amazing job!!
Nov 02, 2024 · Denise GinzoMy 6 year old 60lb red healer had torn his CCL's in both back legs. I took him to his vet and after x-rays they referred me to a orthopedic surgeon. At that appointment they wanted to charge me $5,000 for an MRI and $9,000 per leg for the surgeries. I did not feel comfortable that they had the best interest for my dog. I did some research and found Precision Veterinary Surgery. Dr. Greco and his team preformed both leg surgeries over the past couple of months for a total of $10,000. This included x-rays, surgeries, overnight stays, medications and follow-up appointments. Dr. Greco and his staff are highly experienced and professional, caring, friendly people. I would highly recommend them and my dog is running and playing again.
Mar 24, 2025 · Janet GamachePrecision Vet Surgery took great care of my 4 yr old golden retriever, who got the TPLO procedure after a torn ACL. We were grateful for Dr. Greco’s expertise and experience — he was very patient in talking through the procedure with me, and did a fantastic job on the surgery itself. Our pup’s leg is healing up nicely and the staff have been nothing short of exceptional in helping us through the recovery. They are available via call or text and have answered all my questions with lots of care for our dog. Special shout out to Sydney, Giselle and Angie, who were so supportive and caring as they helped me through post-op recovery. Highly recommend this group if you find yourself needing surgery for your pet. Thank you Precision Vet!
Feb 03, 2025 · Rob RunkelBest small owned hospital and best prices unlike corporate vet hospitals!!! My dog, Gracie, had a mass growing rapidly. PVS took in Gracie that same week for a consultation. Dr. Montel wanted to see what kind of mass was growing on her, so he did a sedated biopsy that same day on Gracie. The results came back 5 days later as an aggressive tumor. Both Dr. Montel and Dr. Greco talked me through all the options and their recommendations to treat this cancer on my baby. They did not rush my decision and the next day I decided to do surgery to remove the mass on her jaw. I LOVED how they did not outrageously quote me for the surgery which included the exam, medications, and post surgery recheck! Great prices unlike corporate animal hospitals and other vet surgery specialists in orange county! The surgery performed on Gracie was a bilateral mandibulectomy aka remove the tip of her jaw because the mass had taken over that part. From start to finish the staff was very attentive and sweet to both Gracie and I. They even sent a picture of her right before surgery. Dr. Greco and Dr. Montel did an amazing job with the surgery. The next day Gracie was acting normal and already had an appetite. Her sutures are healing really well. PVS has even checked up on her from time to time to see how she was doing. Amazing staff, amazing doctors, amazing hospital! They are in the same building as Healing Hearts emergency too if you get lost!
