I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ellis and the amazing staff at Plaza Animal Hospital. I have brought my baby boy there for preventative care many times, and was never disappointed in treatment OR cost. When it was time for Dexter to cross the Rainbow Bridge this past week, there wasn't any hesitation to where I was bringing him. At Plaza, I was met with love and compassion. The room was set up beautifully, the table was cushioned, and there were treats set out for my boy to have something special before he crossed. The staff allowed us to take as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes to our beloved boy, and were so gentle in their approach. Thank you, Dr. Ellis and team, for making one of the most painful days of our lives a little bit easier. You have no idea how much your compassion was needed. God Bless you all. Dr. Ellis and his staff were absolutely incredible!! Our regular vet broke my heart when they told me that my Rottie needed CCL surgery and it was going to cost an exorbitant amount of money. I was determined to get my girl into surgery as soon as possible, so after extensive research, I landed on Plaza Animal Hospital. After explaining our situation to the staff, we had my Rottie scheduled for surgery at a much more reasonable price. Every conversation was extremely pleasant. I really felt that they knew what they were talking about and truly cared about each of their clients. I travelled 15 hours from Maine for this procedure and it was 100% worth it. I was relieved to find that I was able to speak directly with Dr. Ellis post-surgery, who was very kind and welcomed all of my questions/concerns. We were sent home with very detailed recovery instructions, which helped ease my anxiety significantly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. I would recommend Plaza Animal Hospital to anyone, no matter the severity of your pet's needs.

I drove 4 hours from Charleston SC and I was not disappointed. I got a great price for my quote, and they stayed within that quote. Everybody was caring and helpful. They helped me every step of the way! What a great team, I’m sorry I don’t live closer, I’d be switching a veterinarian!

I want to give them 5 stars because I had the best experience here. Recently I lost my husband and he used to help me out by taking our dogs to their appointments. I was not sure if I could handle bringing 2 dogs in for their nail trim so I made 2 appointments but I was able to get them both there and they were able to make the time to fit them both in for their nail trims so I did not have to come back again tomorrow. While I was there everyone there was so very helpful and they helped me get them back in my car for me. I would highly recommend this place for your pet. Thank you Plaza vet employees you are the best.
