Very friendly and reasonable prices. My doggo is always treated very well and I'm happy. They did a great job with his surgery and it's always been a good experience when we go in for vaccines and nail trims. Very affordable and perfect location close to me.

We rescued a Bombay kitten days before we left Pennsylvania. Stopped at a few campgrounds on the way to Florida, but the veterinary were too busy to give a checkup for her. This week, while camping West of Wildwood, we were able to walk in to Planned Pethood. We were worried she had a UTI or something more serious. After a 3 hour wait, they took our little PEARL in to examine. The Vet came back about 20 minutes later. Telling us she did not have a UTI or anything "bad". But, PEARL is pregnant and is expecting any day. That was an unexpected surprise. So, we are now waiting to see how many Bonbay kittens she will have. Everyone at Planned Pethood were friendly and did take their time to inform us what to expect. And to add to this experience, the cost was less than the other Veterinarians in this area, just for "an office call" When ever we are camping in this area in the future, if we need a Vet, we will return to Planned Pethood. Our THANKS to all the staff at Planned Pethood.

Very friendly staff and they really care about your fur babies. That was my second time going there and my experience was just as good as the first time. They took really good care of my little Ozzie kitten. He’ll be back in 3 weeks for a booster shot.

I normally don’t do reviews however this vet clinic demanded I gave my service dog his rabies vaccine after I told them I don’t want to give to him because he is sick and a lump mass appeared on his face with in days so i asked them to do a face cray but of his mouth and paid them to do it and they told me it’s the law he has to have the vaccine well no that’s incorrect by law if your pet is sick you don’t give them anything more that can overwhelm their system and they still told me by law we have to vaccine him, they also never did a face Xray they did a chest and lung xray and STILL AFTER TWO WEEKS HAVE NOT GIVEN ME ANY TEST RESULTS which i told her i needed those results and i never recieved them, they told me he most likely had bone cancer and was given 3 months to 1 year to live and after him receiving the vaccine he died not even a week later. Shadow was my service dog used for medical purposes and i have videos of him happy playing before this and then after he was vaccinated he was sick and i thought maybe he will pull out of it and was eating and drinking and then passed away in my arms in bed and just passed very fast the next day I took him to be cremated and when i got home and check my mailbox this vet sends me a sorry card stating sorry for your loss. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE Over the phone they will tell you there’s no fee for a check up which there is! You wait at least 4 hours to be seen even for a simple vaccination, it’s a walk in clinic that lies to you from the start, DONT BRING YOUR PETS HERE i haven’t heard A SINGLE WORD FROM THESE FOLKS other than the card the day after my service dog passes which is really weird to me and my service dog NEVER should have been given any vaccine they should have said blood work is the best way to go to see what’s going on and they told me that wasn’t needed which is a lie and anyone who has a sick animal DO NOT LET THIS VET BULLY YOU INTO A VACCINE! I read other reviews on here and they all say the same thing don’t bring your pets here. I recorded my conversation with the vet that stated they will send me the test results and i’ve called and left multiple messages so now i have no choice but to put this on here and i’m going to the news about this and an attorney. I have multiple witnesses who heard me say and a witness who brought me in who sat and heard the vets saying if they don’t see anything on his mouth they will need to send it to a radiologist to see better if it’s cancer, well the female older vet called and said he has cancer he’s going to die soon and NEVERE DID X-RAYS OF HIS FACE when i paid a lot of money for those, i told them multiple times im on disability and can only afford oh so much so i need to see what’s going on and if i can get mouth x-rays and they said yes but then did chest and lung x-rays which i never asked for however the vet i recorded over the phone said ill look at the chart notes and i was very stern with her because they knew what i asked for and apparently dont do mouth x rays ? So she summed up the end of the call we did what we thought was best for your dog well no they didn’t because hes now dead and they didn’t do x-rays of his face. So i will be going to the news about this and during this vet clinic. I am beyond hurt that i was lied to and the fact they on purpose gave my dog a rabies vaccine when he was showing symptoms of being sick but he still could eat as long as it was enticing and his food was hard so i figured he stopped eating some because it hurt his face so i boiled his food and added eggs and he loved it but they day he was vaccinated he threw up and didn’t eat for a night and day and then went down hill and died a week and a half later and i recieve a sorry card from them the day after he died. I’m wondering if they even did do any x-rays? She said they would get them to me soon and i haven’t recieved anything ive left messages for Cindy to call back and i haven’t recieved any call so now i NEED people to read this before taking thier pets here DONT!
