I called in reference to a un-communicated vaccination of both of my pets and was met with a argumentative vet tech that quite literally told me that my mother consented(she did not and was unaware of the vaccination). I told them I called so we could figure the situation out and was met with nothing but arguments and dismissal. They clearly told me if it’s legal we don’t have to tell you, and told me they don’t care about consent. I will never be back

The services offered by Plainfield Veterinary Services can be partially inferred from the customer experiences. One review mentions a dispute over an "un-communicated vaccination" of two pets, indicating that vaccination services are provided. The other review praises the caring interaction with a puppy, implying general wellness checks and care for young animals. However, the full range of services, such as surgical procedures, dental care, diagnostics, or other preventative measures, is not detailed in these reviews. Local pet owners should contact the clinic directly to inquire about the specific services they offer to meet their pet's needs.
The features of Plainfield Veterinary Services, as perceived through the lens of the customer reviews, present a mixed picture. One feature highlighted in a negative light is the alleged argumentative nature of a vet tech when discussing a billing concern related to vaccinations, as well as a stated disregard for obtaining informed consent. This raises concerns about communication and customer service in that particular instance. Conversely, a positive feature noted in the other review is the caring way the staff interacts with pets, specifically mentioning a puppy being treated "as if she was theirs." This suggests a compassionate approach to animal care by some members of the team. The conflicting experiences make it difficult to definitively characterize the clinic's overall features. Local users should consider both accounts when evaluating the clinic.

Dec 18, 2024 · Melissa GraySo, if u wait until the clinic is open, have a sick cat / dog .. you have to at that point schedule an appointment a week or so out , so after your pet is dead .. they will help you 🤷🏼 , like going to the ER when your hurt and they won’t help u for a week ??? Can someone make sense of this ..
Nov 30, 2024 · Curt StoltenbergFirst time taking my new horses to the vet, I was very nervous they wouldn’t behave. They did pretty good but even more so Dr. Christina Collins was beyond amazing. Her and her staff are awesome. Dr. Christina is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. She answered my many questions with grace, offered suggestions as needed, and made me feel good about my care for these horses. She went above and beyond letting the farrier also tag along and trim their feet while sedate. I cannot say enough good things! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I will look forward to next time now :) Leslie Tolan
Oct 08, 2021 · Leslie DavisMy dog, Caya, just got spayed and they called just to let me know how it all went. Anytime she needs something done, I do get off and then pick her up when they are done. I always give a list of questions for them to check up on and the vet will call me to go over the list of questions and to answer any additional ones that may have come up. This place is busy, but they always are friendly, helpful, and I never think the price is too high. I have recommended this practice to we find that asks me where we take her to. Love this Vet!
