I cannot recommend Dr. Z enough for spay surgeries! My 6 month old Golden doodle Lily had a spay, hernia repair, and a deciduous teeth removal (9 extra baby teeth) all in one day, and Dr. Z walked me through every step of the process, even consoling me when I freaked out a few days before. Everyone on the team loves Lily (some even call her “baby shark”), and although the services are a little more expensive, they are offering you excellent care. Lily was fully healed from her surgery in two weeks, and now she is back to jumping around! This college girl and her dog love the Pinnacle team!

Based on the heartfelt testimonials from their clients, Pinnacle Veterinary Group stands out as a Pet Hospital where the staff is not only highly skilled but also deeply caring. One pet owner enthusiastically recommended "Dr. Z" for spay surgeries, recounting their 6-month-old Golden Doodle, Lily, undergoing a spay, hernia repair, and the removal of nine deciduous teeth all in one day. This client praised Dr. Z for thoroughly explaining every step of the process and even offering emotional support. The fact that the entire team loves Lily, affectionately calling her "baby shark," speaks to the warm and personal environment of the clinic. While acknowledging that their services might be "a little more expensive," the reviewer emphasized that they offer "excellent care," with Lily fully recovering from her extensive surgery within two weeks and returning to her playful self. This highlights both the surgical expertise and the quality of post-operative care provided at Pinnacle Veterinary Group.
Another detailed review recounts a situation involving an elderly dog with a knee injury. Initially seen at another facility, the owner sought a second opinion due to concerns about sedating their aged dog for X-rays. Their research led them to Dr. Ziegler at Pinnacle Veterinary Group, who was quickly able to diagnose a ligament tear requiring surgery. The owner appreciated Dr. Ziegler's knowledge and the time he took to explain the condition and the necessary surgical procedure. Although the surgery was performed elsewhere, a follow-up call from Jessie at Pinnacle to check on the dog post-surgery proved invaluable. When the dog developed concerning swelling and redness, Jessie's prompt attention and the subsequent appointment with Dr. Worl at Pinnacle were a stark contrast to the lack of response from the surgical facility. The reviewer described Dr. Worl as "wonderful," noting that she took the time to thoroughly examine their dog, answer their questions, and provide reassurance. This experience underscores the proactive and caring follow-up provided by the team at Pinnacle Veterinary Group, even for issues arising from procedures done elsewhere.
From these accounts, we can gather insights into the environment and features of Pinnacle Veterinary Group. The repeated emphasis on the caring nature of the staff, including Dr. Z, Jessie, and Dr. Worl, suggests a warm and compassionate atmosphere where pets are genuinely loved and well-cared for. The detailed explanations provided by the veterinarians indicate a commitment to clear communication and patient education. The ability to handle complex surgical cases (like Lily's multiple procedures and the diagnosis of a ligament tear) points to a high level of medical expertise within the practice. The proactive follow-up and willingness to assist even with issues stemming from outside procedures highlight their dedication to animal welfare beyond their direct services.
The services offered at Pinnacle Veterinary Group appear to be comprehensive, including routine wellness care, spay and neuter surgeries (with demonstrated expertise in complex cases), orthopedic diagnostics (such as identifying ligament tears), and potentially a range of other medical and surgical procedures. The fact that they have veterinarians with specific areas of knowledge, such as Dr. Ziegler's apparent expertise in orthopedics, suggests a diverse and skilled team capable of addressing various health needs. While a complete list of services isn't explicitly provided, the reviews indicate a capacity for both routine and more specialized veterinary care.
Several features make Pinnacle Veterinary Group stand out. Their compassionate and attentive staff creates a welcoming and reassuring environment for both pets and owners. The expertise of their veterinarians, as highlighted in the successful spay/neuter/teeth removal case and the accurate orthopedic diagnosis, ensures high-quality medical care. Their commitment to communication and patient education empowers pet owners to understand their animal's health needs. The proactive follow-up and willingness to help even in situations involving outside facilities demonstrate a genuine dedication to animal well-being.
Regarding promotional information, the glowing testimonials serve as powerful endorsements. The emphasis on excellent care despite slightly higher prices suggests that the value provided justifies the cost. The stories of successful surgical outcomes and compassionate support are compelling reasons for local pet owners to choose Pinnacle Veterinary Group. For those seeking a Pet Hospital where their animals will receive expert, compassionate, and thorough care, Pinnacle Veterinary Group comes highly recommended by their satisfied clients.

May 07, 2024 · Abby VanderwieleI can’t say enough good things about this place and the staff there. My elderly dog had injured his knee and we had taken him to a different facility at first, they gave us some meds and told us to try those to see if it improves. During his recheck he wasn’t much better so they suggested X-rays. My husband was nervous about sedating him for the X-rays because of his age so we decided to get a second opinion. We did some research on orthopedic vets and found Dr. Ziegler, he was able to tell us right away that it was a ligament tear and our dog needed surgery. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on and about the surgery our dog needed. The surgery was done at a different facility and everything went well. We brought him home on Tuesday, Wednesday night he was really swollen and his leg was starting to look really red and we were a bit concerned. We called the facility where he had his surgery and they told us to send some pictures and someone would look at them and get back to us. Long story short no one ever did and the redness and swelling just kept getting worse. On Friday Jessie from Pinnacle called to check in after surgery. I shared my concerns with her and the frustrations that I had with the other facility. She was able to answer all my questions and got me in with a vet at Pinnacle Friday afternoon. We saw Dr. Worl and she was wonderful and really took the time to look at our dog and answer my questions and give me some reassurance.
Sep 16, 2024 · Chelsea TharpWithout a doubt the best choice I’ve made was switching my dogs to Pinnacle. The quality of care is unmatched. The staff is welcoming and answers all of your questions thoroughly and without judgement. I will continue to recommend this practice to anyone who asks!
Nov 15, 2023 · Katie RovtarI usually never leave reviews but I could not, not leave a review! I brought my new puppy here and was absolutely blown away at how nice and helpful everyone was!! I had my 2 year old with me and they gave her something to color and some snacks while we waited! The vet was so nice and patient with my puppy even though he kept biting at his face (playfully). He was also so amazing with my daughter! I’ve been to a few vets but I will definitely be sticking with this one!! I 100% recommend!! (They also gave my puppy a little toy 🥺)
Nov 07, 2023 · Isabella HunterTook amazing care of my baby at the unexpected end of her life. The Dr. spent so much time making sure we knew all of our options and understood them. They navigated my grief with patience and kindness. I will definitely be going back.
