I've gone here for years, everyone is very nice. But this isn't a Taco Bell or Chick-fil-A, they can't just be good 90% of the time, they have to be good 100% of the time. My dog went in on a Saturday for $1,000+ worth of labs as she appeared unwell. Was told I'd get a call on Monday, no call ever came. Despite calling Vetco and reaching out to corporate no one could assist in evaluating the labs which I had to physically pick up as the vet that saw us was only at the Vetco on Saturdays. Finally after 6 days I get a TEXT with instructions and a prescription. This is fully unacceptable and inexcusable. Supposedly I was called but no such call was ever made and no voicemail or email was left. My dog suffered needlessly for days. Never going back.

Oct 17, 2023 · Johanna KireniaThe tech is very profesional.He explained many thinks I did not that are important to take care of my cat Canelo.They were very sincere, talk to me about the disease and how to prevent the problem.They understood my pain,as I had to visit a different doctor 2 weeks ago.The price was fair.I received education regarding the diet ,type of food and explanation of the results.Tbe doctor is excellent. All them help me in every step during my visit.The care was outstanding. I recommended this place 100%. Canelo and family
Dec 01, 2021 · CRISTINA CONTRERASI used to take my dog here for years with no complaints however the customer service I received via phone recently was disappointing. I called to inquire about their walk in policy and the young lady on the phone simply said "We don't like walk-ins". I felt she could have been a bit more empathetic being that I'm calling this animal hospital clearly because I need my dog to be seen immediately, not to inconvenience anyone on what they like or dont like. Won't be coming here again.
