Dr. Mary and her entire staff are truly the best! We entrusted care for our elderly cat Cody and dog Bella at Pine Village for many years. Unfortunately our cat became ill and passed away in 2020 and we just lost our pup in June. No words can ever describe the love and care they showed our pets as well as support for my husband and I during some difficult times! They brought so much light to us during some dark times. Also many thanks to Jen for being a trustworthy caregiver for our pets! We will be sure to bring any future pet to their office for the same love and care they showed our Cody and Bella girl! 馃挋馃挄. They deserve far more than 5 stars! Sending much love to Dr. Mary and her staff!

A reviewer specifically noted the clinic's cleanliness ("Oh yes very clean too!!!"), which is a strong indicator of a well-maintained and hygienic facility, crucial for preventing the spread of illness and ensuring a comfortable visit. Beyond physical cleanliness, the atmosphere is characterized by kindness and understanding. The staff's demeanor, as evidenced by testimonials, contributes significantly to making visits less stressful for anxious pets and their owners. The feeling of being truly supported, especially when dealing with an ailing or elderly pet, points to an environment that prioritizes emotional well-being alongside medical care. Pine Village Veterinarian offers a broad spectrum of services, indicative of a comprehensive "Pet Hospital" capable of addressing a wide array of pet health needs. While specific details on every single service are not explicitly provided, the reviews strongly imply a full-service practice. Based on the common offerings of highly-rated veterinary hospitals and the nature of the care described, their services likely include:

  • General Wellness and Preventive Care: This would encompass routine physical examinations, age-appropriate vaccinations (including core and non-core vaccines for dogs and cats), parasite prevention (heartworm, fleas, ticks, intestinal worms), and nutritional counseling. Their long-term care for "elderly cat Cody and dog Bella" suggests a strong focus on tailored wellness plans throughout a pet's life.

  • Diagnostic Services: To accurately diagnose conditions, a comprehensive clinic like Pine Village would utilize various diagnostic tools. This typically includes in-house laboratory services for blood work, urinalysis, and fecal analysis, as well as imaging services such as digital radiography (X-rays) to assess internal organs, bones, and soft tissues. These tools are crucial for conditions ranging from general illness to injuries and chronic diseases.

  • Dental Care: Oral health is a critical component of overall pet wellness. It is highly probable that Pine Village Veterinarian offers professional dental cleanings (often under anesthesia), dental X-rays, and extractions to address periodontal disease and other oral health issues.

  • Soft Tissue Surgery: As a general practice, they would likely perform common soft tissue surgeries such as spaying, neutering, mass removals (including tumor excisions), and other necessary procedures. Surgical facilities would include anesthetic monitoring and pain management protocols.

  • Management of Chronic Conditions: Their long-term care for elderly pets, including those who "became ill," suggests expertise in managing chronic diseases like diabetes, kidney disease, heart conditions, and arthritis, providing ongoing support and treatment plans.

  • Geriatric Pet Care: A standout feature, as highlighted by the testimonials, is their exceptional care for elderly pets. This involves specialized attention to the unique needs of senior animals, including managing age-related conditions, pain control, and maintaining quality of life.

  • End-of-Life Care and Support: This is perhaps the most profoundly praised aspect of their service. The reviews speak volumes about the "love and care they showed our pets as well as support for my husband and I during some difficult times" when pets passed away. This indicates a compassionate approach to euthanasia, grief counseling, and providing comfort to families during their darkest moments. The mention of "bringing so much light to us during some dark times" suggests a comprehensive and empathetic support system for grieving pet owners.

  • Client Education: While not explicitly stated, a practice that builds such strong relationships and provides long-term care would naturally engage in educating pet owners about their pet's health, treatment options, and preventive strategies.

The defining feature of Pine Village Veterinarian is the unparalleled level of compassion and personal care. The consistent praise for "Dr. Mary and her entire staff" for being "truly the best" and demonstrating "love and care" for both pets and their human companions speaks volumes. The personal touch, where the staff takes time with clients and treats them "like family," creates a supportive and trusting environment. This goes beyond just medical treatment; it encompasses emotional support during joyous and sorrowful times. The specific mention of "Jen for being a trustworthy caregiver for our pets" further illustrates the dedication of individual team members and the strong bonds formed within the clinic. The clinic's ability to handle potentially anxious pets effectively ("Great experience with Asher. Doc is fantastic and takes her time with you.") without making owners feel rushed or "just another customer" is another testament to their patient-centric approach.

While specific promotional offers are not detailed in the provided information, the strongest promotion for Pine Village Veterinarian comes directly from its satisfied clientele. Their reputation for compassion, thoroughness, and support during difficult times acts as their most potent promotional tool. Dr. Mary and her staff are wonderful. Our kitty had a sudden lump on his face and Jen worked hard to get me in ASAP, calling me twice when there were cancelations. The vet techs were so welcoming and caring with him while we were there. He ended up having some bad teeth and had surgery to pull teeth and clean up the abscess on his face. They were so attentive, and they checked in on us when he was home afterward. I really appreciate everyone there and how well they took care of our boy. It was incredibly reasonable in terms of cost, which I also greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!!

My family has been using this vet for many years and they have always done a great job with our dogs. Unfortunately, we had one awful experience which drew us away and changed vets. I took my doodle in for a nail cut and they had a trainee cut his nails and accidentally went way to far. My dog was whimpering, bleeding, and he bit her as he was in pain. She let got very angry that my dog hit her and she put a mask over his snout which then made breathing difficult for him. After this, I still had to pay the price of a full nail cut. Again, they treated us amazing and did so much for our dogs before that incident.
