The most professional clinic I've ever had to take my dogs to! Dr. Kristy and Dr. Josh provide nothing but top notch service and their employee's are far more than just workers! You feel like family as soon as you walk through the doors! I had to deal with several vet clinics in my profession in the past and Pine Creek was one of the only ones where I knew it wasn't just about making that dollar. Pine Creek will bend over backwards for your pet family and will be open and honest with you when it comes to animal care! If you just don't want your fur baby to be a number and want be around a clinic full of nothing but professionals then Pine Creek is the right place.

Always such a pleasure taking our dogs to Pine Creek Animal Hospital. Every doctor, nurse, vet tech, and front desk staff we’ve seen has been very knowledgeable, supportive, and patient- especially with our anxious pup! I always feel heard when I voice any concerns. I trust the staff with the health and well being of my dogs and feel very comfortable with their care.

Dr. Riehl and team helped my bunny through an emergent gastrointestinal issue that would have been fatal without their expertise and experience. (And it's really hard to find both elsewhere in our area when it comes to "exotic" pets.) I can't thank them enough for their empathy, gentleness, and compassion with my bunny (and with me as a really worried bunny mom!) They treated him like he was one of their own and I will always be grateful for that. I won't take him anywhere else going forward!

Dr. Riehl came highly recommended to me from another rodent lover. She took great care of my rats and they were surprisingly calm during their first ever exam- stress free! I was happy to see that she is teaching others to work with rats as well. They even had Magnus boggling (a silly thing rats do when they're happy), he loved the gentle attention. Dr. Riehl made sure that I had enough of the medications necessary for my colony and that I knew how to correctly dose and dispense them, offering to be here should I need any additional help. The office gave me a call about a few days to a week later to follow-up and make sure everyone was healing well on their meds. The care and compassion from your team is very much appreciated! I brought my girls Beatrix and Nyx in for a check up and nail trim and everyone at the office was lovely! Dr. Riehl is so considerate and caring with small animals and their families. I always feel respected here and appreciate the feedback given to me so that I can give my rats their best lives.
