Vet was late, line was too long. I was there for two and a half hours. They didn't have enough microchips. They should accept by appointment only. That way they can plan ahead. My experience was terrible. I also got shot with nasal Bordetella and now have a mild cough and headache. Vet assistants couldn't control the dogs. They have to ask the pet owners to handle them while they administered everything.

Welcome to PetVet Vaccination Clinic

Welcome to PetVet Vaccination Clinic, your local Pet Hospital situated at 1040 Beards Hill Rd, Aberdeen, MD 21001, USA. We understand that your pets are cherished members of your family, and their health and well-being are of paramount importance. At PetVet Vaccination Clinic, we strive to provide essential veterinary care services to ensure your furry companions lead healthy and happy lives. As a dedicated Pet Hospital, our primary focus is on preventative care, particularly vaccinations and microchipping, to safeguard your pets against common diseases and ensure their safe return if they ever get lost.

Our clinic operates with the aim of making essential veterinary services accessible to pet owners in the Aberdeen area. We offer a range of services centered around preventative care. Vaccinations are a cornerstone of our services, protecting your pets from potentially life-threatening diseases. We provide a variety of core and non-core vaccines tailored to your pet's specific needs, lifestyle, and risk factors. Our experienced veterinary professionals will assess your pet's individual requirements and recommend the appropriate vaccination schedule to ensure optimal protection.

In addition to vaccinations, PetVet Vaccination Clinic also offers microchipping services. Microchipping is a simple yet highly effective procedure that can significantly increase the chances of reuniting you with your lost pet. A tiny microchip, containing a unique identification number, is implanted under your pet's skin. This number can be read by animal shelters and veterinary clinics nationwide, allowing them to quickly identify your pet and contact you. We believe that microchipping is an essential part of responsible pet ownership, providing peace of mind and a crucial safety net for your beloved animals.

While we are committed to providing essential preventative care, it's important to acknowledge feedback from our valued customers to continuously improve our services. Some customer reviews have highlighted areas where we can enhance the pet owner experience. One customer mentioned a longer than expected wait time and suggested an appointment-based system to better manage scheduling and ensure adequate preparation, including sufficient supplies like microchips. We are actively considering this feedback to optimize our workflow and minimize wait times for our clients.

Another customer reported concerns regarding the handling of pets during procedures and personal discomfort following a nasal Bordetella administration. We take these concerns seriously and are reviewing our protocols to ensure the safety and comfort of both pets and their owners during all procedures. We are committed to ensuring our veterinary assistants are well-trained in animal handling techniques to create a calm and secure environment for every pet. We also want to ensure clear communication regarding potential side effects of any administered treatments.

Conversely, another customer acknowledged the hard work of our staff in striving for a smooth process, even when faced with longer wait times. They offered a practical suggestion for pet owners to bring a travel chair if standing for extended periods is difficult, and encouraged enjoying the company of other pets while waiting. This feedback highlights the dedication of our team and the communal aspect of a busy clinic environment.

At PetVet Vaccination Clinic, we are dedicated to learning and growing from all feedback. Our goal is to create a welcoming and efficient environment where pet owners feel confident in the care their animals receive. We understand that visiting a pet hospital can sometimes be stressful for both pets and their owners, and we are continuously working to minimize this stress while providing essential preventative care.

The staff worker very hard to create a smooth seamless process. The wait was long but expected bring your travel chair if standing is an issue otherwise enjoy the other pets around you.

Great vet care but there was a lot of confusion regarding the check in process. Some people lined up without checking in. Some stayed in cars for texts that never came. Very unfair to people who followed the rules and waited to be called for their turn.

They are very friendly people and handled my pet carefully and told me what they were doing before they did it meaning her needing shots and examining. The cost wasn’t bad. Definitely worth going back again.

Staff was very friendly, cost was low, and test results were back when they said they would be. Will definitely use them again. Kyla, Dr. Connolly, and Devan work well together and made the appointment easy for my cat 🐈‍⬛.
