The staff here is absolutely amazing! They are so kind, welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. The clinic is always super clean, and they go out of their way to make sure both pets and us as owners feel comfortable. I trust Dr. Baynes completely with all of my pets—he’s knowledgeable, honest, and truly cares. He always takes the time to explain things and never makes you feel rushed. It’s hard to find a vet you can trust, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Baynes and his staff are gentle, kind, educated, and truly care about my pets needs. they’re very attentive and listen to all of my questions and concerns. My exam room was very clean and had good treats for my dog to use while we waited for testing! I will be returning in the future and also recommending this location to family and friends! We brought our recently adopted 6 month old puppy to see the team here and had a great experience. We wanted to establish care but also saw some concerning symptoms over the past few weeks and it was great to see Dr. Baynes agreed with our concerns. His staff was also so welcoming and interested in being there for their patients. Check in was super easy, as was booking the appointment online. No frills. No overselling. We felt safe and confident knowing our Poppy was in good hands. It was also wonderful to have all diagnostics done in one spot and walk out with the prescriptions we need for long term but also the actual prescription medications themselves for an acute issue the doctor identified. We didn’t have to worry about finding a pharmacy on our own. We couldn’t be more pleased! So happy to have this service in our neighborhood.
