Pets Furst Urgent Care

So on Sunday February 1, 2025 . My cousin Andy mentioned this place to go to and said she heard good things about it. My male cat Peaches, was very lethargic and wasn’t moving too much. So when I got there I signed in and mentioned what was going on with my cat. So I went off to the side and sat down and then my cousin had to go back home for something and I sat at the front desk with Amy and Peaches started acting like nothing was wrong. He started reaching for Amy with his paw and he took a liking to Amy. She was very warm, professional, caring, and showed a lot of empathy. Unfortunately, my cat three days late was showing more signs of what he was diagnosed with. And I must say, The day that I brought Peaches in to stop all the pain that he was going through. I met the husband and wife that owned this urgent care for pets and they were very compassionate. And very soothing to my needs. Even accommodating my needs. Amy even came and showed moral support for me and the grieving that I was going through losing a cat of eight years. He definitely brought pleasure and happiness and love to my family. I would highly recommend this place and I give them five stars

We took our cat Gregory here since we noticed his neck was sensitive and swelling. Reasonable pricing and great service, he was feeling back to normal after taking the medicine we received. No appointment needed and out the door in under an hour!! The waiting room is very neat and everyone was kind to Gregory despite him meowing in disapproval very loudly. They even gave us a call a day later to check up on him. Very sweet pet care facility, definitely coming back for the routine things :)

I’ve brought my senior cat here twice, one for an ear issue and yesterday for concerns with her breathing rate. Both times were good experiences as the staff was super friendly and helpful. However, I must acknowledge the doctor who examined my baby yesterday for her breathing. His name is Dr Colmer and he treated my girl so compassionately and with SUCH care! He was very helpful with giving me advice and explaining his findings. My girl was fine, but he also looked out for me financially and offered to give her an X-ray at low cost just to be sure everything looked okay on the inside. He said “nobody knows your pet more than you do” and I thought that was the best thing ever. The two lady vet techs were also SO sweet and gentle with her too. My girl does not like to cooperate a lot when doing things such as trimming nails, etc. but the vet tech was able to take her temperature with little backlash from my baby and I was shocked that she didn’t freak out. Thank you ALL SO MUCH! 🤍 I highly, highly recommend this place.

I can’t thank this vet urgent care enough for the wonderful care they provided to my pet. Before coming here, we had visited another hospital where we felt completely neglected and didn’t get any answers or help. However, from the moment we stepped into this clinic, everything changed. The staff were so welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate towards our pet. They took the time to thoroughly examine and explain everything in detail. Not only did they address the issue we were facing, but they also offered us options for treatment that made us feel confident and at ease. Dr. Calmer is the best. It’s clear that they truly care about the animals they treat. I’m beyond grateful for the outstanding care and professionalism shown by the entire team. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-notch veterinary services!

Since my vet was unavailable today, I took my cat to Pet Furst Urgent Care. Lenny and Margaret welcomed me with kindness and showed genuine concern for my cat. Kellie took me back and was very attentive and friendly toward my pet, handling him with great care. Dr. Jonas Colmar examined my cat and provided clear advice on his treatment plan. Additionally, Pet Furst was mindful of costs and informed me of the prices for tests before proceeding. I am very satisfied with the service I received today and would highly recommend this place for all your pet's urgent care needs.
