Maria and Dr. Holmes was absolutely awesome with Benjamin. They knew I was or had little faith in Vetinarians due to Benjamin's past two places. They took really good care of him and was very compassionate on his mouth hurting and I felt like they were up front and honest about everything. They made sure I had ALL my questions answered before leaving. They asked several times if I had any other questions or if they could do anything else for me. Maria even helped me order prescription for Benjamin online for me. They were absolutely amazing. I will be back for other things Benjamin needs and there after. We found our place for Benjamin's care 100%.

Brought my sweet pup Oscar in with a dog fight injury because I was thinking if got infected and our usual vet is not open on the weekend. I was very impressed by the staff and the facility. Dr. Leslie and LaTavia were a great team! They saw us quickly and were so sweet to my boy. They gave me options and listened to my concerns with costs and helped me figure out a good plan to keep the wound clean with wipes and starting him on antibiotics. I will definitely be coming back again. One thing that stood out as I was touring was how open the rooms are. They even have a surgery and dental room that worried parents can keep an eye on their babies through during procedures -so cool!

Since I left my old vet, I’ve been going to a recommended local one, but it’s very cold and sterile. Nothing wrong but not like *that* loviness you want from a vet. I met the Petfolk staff and the PTC festival and figured when I had the opportunity, I would give it a go I have a rescue puppy for about the past month that I suspect has hearing issues, so I decided to give this a shot. The staff and Dr. Stinson-Serrano and staff spent so much time talking about options and ruling out other issues when I brought him in for what I was right about and making sure nothing else was suspect. He’s also gone through a lot of very traumatic transport here from the rescue in Texas and they closed all escape paths and let him explore their big space freely for about 20 minutes while got to know them. I understand I’m busier days that probably wouldn’t be an option but it was a great first impression and I will be switching my animals here and considering the wellness plan they offer for my older dog too.

I would not recommend this group. I was charged 600.00 this morning at 9:00. Now, my dogs at another hospital in critical condition! I ask for a partial reimbursement and the manager declined! I will never use this facility again!

My family & I couldn’t love this place more! It is LEAPS & BOUNDS better than our previous vet (who was bonkers expensive btw). The format is genius: you’re never separated from your pet baby. There’s no obscure back room where the vet sees your pet in isolation and you’re not given a chance to ask your questions directly. Petfolk takes you along every step of the way and provides MAXIMUM access to their team. Not to mention, they’re open on Sundays!! Dr. Holmes is the kindest & most reliable vet you’ll ever meet. She sent us the most thoughtful hand-written note after our first fur baby passed away. And then greeted us with the warmest hug when we returned to her 7 months later with our new adopted pup. You’ll notice her trustworthiness and credibility the moment you meet her. And Matt! Oh how we adore Matt. He gently carried our first pup Yuki to our car on her last day before she crossed the rainbow bridge. He provided so much emotional support in a matter of minutes. These wonderful humans truly love animals. Your babies are in the safest hands here.

We came to bring Teddy, almost 18 year old maltipom for a consult for the first time at Petfolk. Dr. Holmes, Joanne, Maria were all very caring and loving. Dr. Holmes gave us very helpful tips and advice on how to care for him at his old age. They are kind and made us feel comfortable. We love this practice and the staff. Look no further, we absolutely recommend.
