Little Man is my baby, my family. He is an 18 year old rescue, I bottle feed at 1 week old. As he aged he had several medical issues. He was seen by numerous Vets in the Palm Beaches. None of whom could help us. Finally, Dr.Scortean came to our rescue. Within minutes she diagnosed him with a serious heart condition. She put him on a protocol of meds and he was like a kitten again. Since then he has had a few respiratory crises. Of course in the early hours of a Sunday morning. I was in full panic. I took a chance and emailed and called Dr. Scorteanu. To my utter surprise an relief, she responded quickly. She walked me thru the crisis, step by step. Calling every 45 minutes to check he was responding to her treatment. She literally saved him. We thank her everyday for keeping us together and keeping him healthy. I have never met a Doctor, for humans or animals, who would care enough to respond so quickly on a Sunday morning, no less. Thank you, Doc. You are our angel.

I do not recommend this place at all, the only thing they care about is money, I paid 370 dollars for nail trimming and a vaccine for my cat, since it is an aggressive animal, they told me that they needed to sedate it and that there was no risk, so I accepted, it turns out that they gave it 3 doses, as stated by the same doctor, they delivered it to me totally immobile with its eyes hurt, finally it was not known if it was because of the amount of medicine they injected it or if it scratched an eye, I told them the next day that its eye was very bad and their response was that it has to buy some drops now or it will go blind, it bothers me a lot that I asked if there were risks or complications and they told me no, everything in order to be able to charge they entangle people, after this I consulted with 3 different veterinarians after this horrible inconvenience and they told me that it was a bad practice of the place and an irresponsibility that they did not tell me the possible inconveniences and lack of professionalism, they also told me that normally they deliver the animal to you a little awake, not totally immobile, only with a heartbeat. this place is inhuman.

She is absolutely the most incredible veterinarian! We brought our 11-year-old dog in thinking that we were facing end of life because he would no longer eat. She addressed the root cause and with one simple switch, I have a whole new dog in one week. I’ve never seen him play or smile as much as I have in the last 48 hours! Am so eternally grateful for the revival of our sweet old man 🥰 THANK YOU!

Dr. Scorteanu is a phenomenal veterinarian and a kind-hearted soul who truly cares about every animal that walks through her doors. She has a particular passion towards cat rescue-her adorable kitties playing in the window were most likely previously scheduled to be euthanized at a shelter, had prior health issues or had just been given up on. Each cat/kitten has been loved and cared for by the amazing individuals that work next to Dr. Scorteanu. She funds it out of her own pocket or incoming donations to provide them with proper care, which is a testament to her compassion and dedication to animal welfare. In addition to being passionate about animal welfare, Dr Scorteanu has truly gone above and beyond for me and my pets. I have adopted 3 kittens from Pet Diagnostics and had 2 rescues of my own. Every time my cats have needed her care, she quickly responds to my questions and concerns. She fits me into her busy schedule even for last-minute appointments when needed, which has been a lifesaver during emergency situations. Her expertise and guidance have helped me make informed decisions for my pets' healthcare that has ultimately paved the way for their optimal well-being. Dr. Scorteanu has always been incredibly caring, patient, and thorough with her examinations. Her gentle demeanor and compassionate nature allow pets, and pet parents feel safe and well-cared for during their entire visit. Her wealth of expertise and vast knowledge base set her apart from other veterinarians, and her diagnostic and treatment approaches are second to none. I particularly appreciate her out of the box thinking and treatment plans, especially when other veterinarians have essentially given me no hope or options for my ailing cat. From the moment I walk into the hospital, I feel well taken care of by the entire team. It's refreshing to see a team that is not solely focused on generating revenue but genuinely cares about the welfare of their patients and pet parents. I would not choose any other veterinary clinic or veterinarian for my pets. In short, there is no way I can thank Dr. Scorteanu enough for all that she's done for my pets and me over the years. She treats every pet as if they were her own, and that makes all the difference in the world. I highly recommend Dr. Scorteanu and Pet Diagnostics to anyone who is looking for optimal healthcare for their furry family members. So blessed to have found Doctor Romina, I've been coming here for years and she has the uncanny ability of nailing a diagnosis immediately ! Previous vet clinics overlooked/misdiagnosed nearly all of my pets symptoms that I had concerns with. She diagnosed a murmur in my dog at her first checkup ! Previous clinics missed that twice yearly, for YEARS. It's also worth mentioning that my dog is not easy to work with, She's a 60 pd black mouth cur who needs trazadone for vet visits. Dr. Romina is always patient with her and encourages me to be part of the process to ease her anxiety, which i love ! She also saved my 14 yr old cat who she diagnosed with chronic rhinitis. He was really struggling and she brought him back from 2 years of severe sickness after being misdiagnosed. He is now 15 and thriving ! Most recently, I thought my 11 yr old cur had a UTI and after doc ran thorough clinicals, she realized her kidneys were having some issues. She tackled the problem aggressively and I've already noticed an increase in my dogs energy and appetite in just the past 2 weeks ! I can't begin to express just how grateful i am for you and all that you have done and continue to do for my babies Dr. Romina !!! They always get me in quickly when I have concerns or need a script refill. Efficient & kind staff ! P.S. She also fosters/rescues cats & kittens ! Adopt, dont shop ! 💕
